As a team lead you are expected to be reliable, punctual, professional, able to successfully lead a team, and must have a valid Ma. Driver's License and a reliable car to drive to multiple homes each day. You are responsible for consistently maintaining the highest quality standards for Merry Maids Customers. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
• Vacuum and mop floors

• Follow Merry Maids guidelines and procedures
• Ability to drive to multiple homes each day

Qualifications:

• Must have a reliable car and valid driver's license to drive to multiple homes each day
• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
