- Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures as established by Tractor Supply Company.
- Recovery of merchandise.

- Perform janitorial duties.
- Execute price changes/markdowns.
- Operate Forklift (unless under the age of 18).

Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

Medix is currently seeking a dedicated and patient-focused CT/X-Ray Technologist for an exciting travel opportunity with one of our valued clinical partners. This role is designed for a clinician who possesses solid CT fundamentals and a commitment to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.
As a Medix clinician, you will be working at a state-of-the-art facility in Hudson, Wisconsin. This position primarily focuses on evening imaging coverage, supporting a steady volume of basic CT examinations and X-ray procedures. You will be an integral part of a collaborative healthcare team, ensuring patient safety and diagnostic excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures following established protocols.
- Prepare, position, and educate patients while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
- Administer oral and IV contrast agents and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Perform IV starts and optimize imaging parameters to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Maintain strict compliance with radiation safety standards and healthcare regulations.
- Communicate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Accurately document patient information, imaging data, and contrast usage in the EMR and PACS systems.
- Ensure equipment functionality, perform routine quality assurance, and assist with the training of new staff or students as needed.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT Certification in Radiography (Required).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and imaging principles.
- Proven ability to work independently, particularly during evening hours.
- Excellent patient care, communication, and organizational skills.
- CT Experience: Candidates must have adequate hands-on CT experience, including IV contrast administration. (Note: ARRT CT certification is preferred but not required for candidates with sufficient experience).
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of diagnostic radiology experience.
- 1+ year of CT experience.
- Specific experience with IV starts and IV contrast administration.

This position is fully onsite working Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm in our Woodbury, MN office. We’re looking for a knowledgeable, detail-driven professional to join. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with closers, lenders, production staff, and real estate agents—serving as a trusted partner throughout the closing process.
About the Role
The Senior Title Closing Processor is responsible for preparing complete, accurate, and compliant closing files that are ready to be reviewed and signed at the closing table. You’ll manage multiple transactions at once, proactively resolve issues, and ensure every detail aligns before closing day arrives. Your work helps create confidence—for our clients, our partners, and our closing team.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, review, and balance Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, and all documentation required for real estate and mortgage closings.
- Ensure all transactions follow proper procedures, compliance standards, and internal best practices.
- Review lender and recording packages for accuracy and completeness; make corrections as needed.
- Monitor open transactions, ensuring all required items are ordered, received, and accurate—including payoffs, abstracts, title evidence, reports, and mortgage documentation.
- Identify, research, and help resolve title issues prior to closing.
- Ensure proper accounting and handling of escrow funds.
- Collaborate closely with closers, lenders, agents, and internal teams to keep transactions moving forward smoothly.
- Maintain organized, well-documented files while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Assist with additional duties or special projects as assigned.
What You Bring
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, or title processing.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with multiple systems.
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure while managing multiple transactions.
