We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Illness Management (AIM) Full Time Palliative Registered Nurse to join our team based in our White Bear Lake branch. Reporting to the Director of Palliative Care, this role provides high-quality palliative care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. The AIM Palliative RN collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to assess, educate, and coordinate care while ensuring comfort and quality of life.
Essential Functions of Position:
Conduct in-person and telephonic RN assessments and screenings for palliative care patients.
Complete Risk Stratification Assessments to identify patient support needs in consultation with the Nurse Practitioner.
Observe patient visit frequency based on individual needs and risk identification.
Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care, end-of-life care, medications, nutrition, and treatments.
Communicate findings to the Palliative Nurse Practitioner and/or PCP, including changes in condition or signs of decline.
Coordinate care with palliative team members and support hospice referral as appropriate.
Document timely clinical records including assessments, progress notes, care plans, physician orders, and treatments.
Support care plan development from initial assessment through discharge, addressing functional decline, symptom management, nutrition, cognition, and family/caregiver needs.
Collaborate on modifications to individualized palliative plans of care.

Manufacturing Engineer (Metals)
About the Role
A well-established advanced manufacturing organisation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong TIG welding experience to support welding processes within a high-mix precision manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on developing, improving, and supporting GTAW (TIG) and orbital welding processes used in stainless steel tubing assemblies and precision components. The position works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure welding operations are robust, repeatable, and suitable for scaled manufacturing.
This is an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing or process engineer who has hands-on TIG welding experience and wants to take ownership of welding-related production processes, while remaining embedded in a broader manufacturing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation and optimisation of GTAW (TIG) and orbital welding processes within production
• Assist with development and documentation of welding procedures and work instructions
• Work with design and manufacturing teams to improve weld joint design, fixturing, and manufacturability
• Troubleshoot welding issues on the production floor and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Help establish consistent weld process parameters and quality standards
• Provide hands-on support to production teams including operator training and process guidance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield, reduce defects, and improve throughput
• Support introduction of new welding equipment, fixtures, and manufacturing processes
• Assist with process qualification, documentation, and internal or customer audits where required
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• 3–7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role involving TIG (GTAW) welding
• Hands-on experience supporting or working with TIG welding in a production environment
• Exposure to orbital welding processes is strongly preferred
• Experience working with stainless steel tubing or precision welded components is beneficial
• Familiarity with welding standards such as AWS or ASME codes is helpful but not required at an expert level
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and supporting production teams
• Basic understanding of metallurgy, distortion control, and fixturing concepts
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools
• Exposure to automation, PLCs, or welding system controls is a plus
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and production teams

CT/X-Ray Technologist
Location: Hudson, WI Pay Range: $2,375 – $3,255 (Weekly) depending on experience.
We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our imaging team in Hudson. This role is ideal for a technologist with solid CT fundamentals and experience with IV contrast who thrives in an independent, evening-shift environment.
While our facility offers multimodality imaging, this position focuses primarily on CT and X-Ray. While multimodality certifications are valued, they are not required for this role.
Schedule & Shift Details
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM.
- FTE: .75 (Typically structured as four 10-hour shifts).
- No Weekends: Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule.
Position Overview
- Primary Modalities: CT and X-Ray.
- Volume: Average of 20–25 CT exams per day.
- Exam Complexity: Primarily basic CT examinations including Head, Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis, Spine, Soft Tissue Neck, and CTA (Chest Pulmonary Angiography).
- Equipment: Canon Aquilion Prime (CT), Fuji FDX-Devo II (X-Ray).
- Systems: MedInformatics (EMR) and Fuji PACS.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT and X-Ray procedures following established protocols.
- Prepare and position patients while providing compassionate care and education.

QA/QC Welding Inspector
The QA/QC Welding Inspector is responsible for ensuring all welding activities associated with steel storage tank fabrication and field construction comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and quality requirements. The individual shall be proficient in ASME Section IX welding qualifications and API 650 requirements for welded steel storage tanks. Work includes shop and field inspection, documentation control, coordination of NDE activities, and support of quality management systems.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Review, Verify, and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) in accordance with ASME Section IX.
- Inspect welding activities for compliance with API 650 requirements, including joint details, materials, fit-up, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform visual inspection of welds before, during and after welding operations.
- Coordinate and witness non-destructive examination (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and review inspection and test reports.
- Verify proper identification, handling, and traceability of base materials, filler metals, and welding consumables.
- Monitor preheat, interpass temperature, welding parameters, and PWHT requirements where applicable.
- Identify nonconforming work, issue NCRs, and assist with corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation including weld maps, inspection reports, welder continuity logs, and turnover packages.
- Interface with engineering, fabrication, construction, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and project meetings as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA/QC welding inspection for industrial fabrication or field construction.
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) required.
- Demonstrated experience with ASME Section IX welding qualifications and documentation.
- Proven experience inspecting API 650 welded steel storage tanks (shop and/or field erected).
- Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW) and joint configurations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, specifications, and inspection criteria.
- API 653 certification a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Strong computer aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated organization and effective process management skills.
