Job Details Responsibilities: Conduct preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Perform electromechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve any issues with equipment.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve any equipment-related issues that may impact production schedules.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.
Assist in the development and implementation of new maintenance procedures and protocols to improve overall equipment reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a large scale food manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as electrical and mechanical components.
Experience with electromechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating with others to achieve team goals.
