We are currently seeking experienced Structural Steel Fabricators to join our team. The Structural Steel Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing structural components and systems on ships and marine vessels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipbuilding principles, be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and possess excellent welding and metalworking skills.
We are seeking candidates who are available to work 1st shift (M-TH, 6am-4:30pm) or 2nd shift (M-TH, 4pm 2:30am.) This role requires flexibility including weekends and overtime as business needs dictate.
What You Will Be Doing
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Fabricate and assemble structural components, such as bulkheads, frames, and hull sections, using various metalworking techniques and equipment.
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components to precise specifications.
- Weld, braze, or solder metal parts together using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Install and fit components and systems, including piping, ventilation ducts, and machinery supports, in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Perform repairs and modifications to existing ship structures as needed.
- Inspect work pieces and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Your Background
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a US citizen.
- +5 years of proven experience as a ship fitter or similar metal working role (iron working, structural steel, etc.), within in a maritime or shipbuilding environment?
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong welding and metalworking skills, including experience with various welding processes (e.g., arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding).
- Familiarity with shipbuilding materials, tools, and equipment.
- Knowledge of shipbuilding principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
- Vocational training or certification in metalworking, welding, or ship fitting.

The Buyer/Planner coordinates activities involved with planning and procuring goods and services for multiple product lines. They are responsible for planning and purchasing items such as electromechanical assemblies, fabricated parts, and electronics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Issue requests for quotes (RFQ) and select the best source consistent with cost, quality and delivery requirements. Negotiate and manage long-term pricing agreements on critical commodities.
- Complete purchase requests with domestic and international suppliers by inputting purchase orders, expediting deliveries, and verifying all transactions.
- Handle correspondence concerning over-shipments, delivery shortages, changes in quantity, delivery dates, and prices and report such changes to the interested parties in a timely manner as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a credit team supporting account onboarding, collections, and national accounts

Job Summary
The position of Legal and Compliance Coordinator provides high level support to the Legal Department as well as internal clients and external constituencies regarding contracts and other administrative tasks. The responsibilities of this role include prepping, formatting, editing and maintaining contract documents including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, master facilities agreements, facility specific agreements, amendments, subcontracts, and the like. This role also performs routine administrative duties as required by the General Counsel. The position provides high level support to the Compliance Department in connection with subcontractor compliance requirements.

- Manages the Legal Department's internal contract review process and other administrative functions as requested by the General Counsel, including but not limited to working on resolving customer and subcontractor payment disputes. - Coordinates and communicates with subcontractors to acquire compliance documentation prior to expiration. Reviews and analyzes compliance monitoring reports and other related source documents such as subcontractor agreement, insurance documentation, employee level verification, background investigations, and W-9s. Reviews documentation for accuracy and completeness and other functions as required by the Director of Compliance
Qualifications
- HS Diploma is required. Certificate in Paralegal Studies and/or Certificate in General Insurance preferred

Job Description
We are seeking an individual who will work to process all lender consent items, such as transfers of ownership, easements, property management changes, defeasance transactions, etc. The Individual will be responsible for the full transaction cycle, from initial contact with borrower through close out of the request for the entire Newmark servicing portfolio of GSE, CMBS, and Life Company loans in accordance with policies & procedures, industry standards and servicing agreements. This includes all loans originated by Newark and held in warehouse, for securitization and those already sold or securitized. This individual will have a blend of commercial loan asset management experience including underwriting, as well as the ability to review and effectively translate loan documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer lender consent requests including, but not limited to, transfers of ownership, partial releases, management changes, collateral exchanges, modifications, assumptions, and waivers, in accordance with applicable loan documents and servicing agreements
- Measure any potential risk in transaction and minimize or mitigate exposure
- Manage borrower’s expectations and work with originators/UW to ensure internal customer service standards are met
- Manage process and effectively communicate among all parties involved in a transaction, including borrower, attorneys, Master Servicers, Special Servicers, and Lenders
- Ensure all transactions are completed on-time pursuant to investor guidelines and/or loan documents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complete complex tasks in a timely manner.

- $60,000 – $70,000

- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
