The Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering inputs integral to both small and large-scale hydro and dam projects. You will lead and mentor teams, support management of production and coordinate delivery of engineering work products often with multi-disciplinary project team members and external stakeholders. You will not only support and help grow the broader engineering team capabilities, but your particular focus will be on continuing the development of our hydropower capabilities and working with key staff in growing the business.

About You
To fill the role, we’re looking for an applicant to bring forward a good mix of qualifications and previous experiences. Some highlights should include:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university; A post-graduate degree is an asset
- Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in electrical engineering with demonstrated project management skills (tracking budgets and meeting schedules)
- Must be registered as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Washington, Oregon, or California, as well as eligible for registration as a professional engineer in other states via comity within three months of starting.

The Role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering inputs integral to both small and large-scale hydro and dam projects. Familiarity with lab instrumentation for validation and debugging (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, RF tools).
Knowledge of low-power digital design and space-grade reliability techniques.

● Drafting geotechnical engineering reports ● Preparing cost estimates and proposals (this can be left on with the understanding that this comes after we confirm the skill set) ● Performing routine tests and computations associated with geotechnical engineering, and field observations ● Performing laboratory testing and analyses in support of construction and geotechnical engineering projects ● Attending project meetings, both in-house and with clients ● Occasional travel and work in remote areas under adverse conditions ● Occasional lifting of approximately 75 pounds Qualifications: ● 1-8 years of experience for ● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related engineering field; Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related is preferred ● Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering/Engineer-In-Training (EIT) exam or scheduled ● Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Interested in hearing more?
