Responsibilities: As a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1.

Leading the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the Accounting and Finance department.

Managing talent effectively, developing strategies for retention, and identifying opportunities for employee growth and development.

3.

Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive start to their journey with our company.

4.

Administering payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time, and handling any related queries or issues.

5.

Utilizing ADP software for various HR functions, including benefits administration, time and attendance management, and report generation.

6.

Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR.

7.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure HR strategies and activities are integrated and aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.

2.

Proficiency in both English and Spanish, allowing you to effectively communicate with diverse team members.

3.

Extensive experience with ADP software, or an equivalent HRIS.

4.

Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, including interviewing and onboarding.

5.

Solid knowledge of payroll administration.

6.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

7.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

8.

A strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.

9.

The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
