POSITION OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will apply advanced engineering judgment and CAD expertise to design permit-ready mechanical systems while overseeing junior engineering staff. (Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure the successful completion and delivery of projects. Cultivate and sustain a collaborative and professional working atmosphere within the project team, providing leadership through staff development and mentorship. Aid senior management in defining and validating project scope, fees, budgets, and contractual agreements with consultants.

Engage with clients to ascertain functional and specific requirements, and compile design information including specifications, materials, colors, equipment, estimated costs, and construction timelines. Review project documents for compliance with building codes and accessibility standards, ensuring adherence to our established guidelines.
