ABOUT THE ROLE

As a core member of our Local Operations team, you will be responsible for executing delivery routes and leading valet training sessions as we scale Rinse New York. You will ensure that customer orders are delivered safely and on time while also training and onboarding new Valets to meet our high standards of customer service, safety, and operational excellence. In this dual-role position, you will serve as the face of Rinse to new drivers, helping to instill our culture and expectations from day one. A few important things to note about this role:

• Typical shift schedule: Friday – Tuesday, 6:00PM – 11:00PM (5 days per week required)

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL...

On Non-Training Days:

AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU...

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college education preferred

• Receive packages and parcels from external messengers, vendors, and catering providers
• Scan barcodes into package tracking software accurately

COSCO Shipping (North America) is seeking a Junior Legal Affairs Associate to join our in house Legal Counsel, onsite at our Secaucus, NJ office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the company and its subsidiaries. Specific responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide general support to Department Manager on legal affairs matters related to the Company and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to meeting management, contract management, basic legal issue research, legal billing management.
• Coordinate with Company’s various outside legal counsels on company’s various investment projects, litigations and other legal issues.
• Perform contract review for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Draft company memo and official response letters.
• Draft company legal affairs procedures, and other company regulations.
• Conduct general research on most current legal affairs, risk management and compliance techniques.
• With guidance from the direct manager, perform litigation management, contract management, policy review, L1 petition preparation and coordinator, and other department related tasks.

Additional Qualifications or requirements:

• Legal education preferred
• Law degree preferred
• Bar license and one year of work experience in legal practice or inhouse work preferred
• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
