Calculated Hire is in search of a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative III for our Fortune 100 Financial Services Company. You will be responsible for the following:

Job Description:

You will be supporting day-to-day operations and activities related to servicing commercial ABL loan transactions according to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This can include customer/client modifications, account maintenance, rebooking, and purchased receivables management to ensure accuracy through life of transaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a variety of servicing activities for complex commercial products

• Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations

and company teams as necessary to progress customer-focused needs

• Review and negotiate complex loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify

procedural modifications

• Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues

• Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics as related to efficiencies and effective processes

• Coordinate servicing activities to resolve open customer issues, loan and regulatory diligence and on-going portfolio

maintenance; interact with internal and external customers

• Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record

• Research complex business and operational decisions

• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills:

- Strong experience with Commercial loan servicing

- Familiarity with (ABL) asset-based lending - (look for understanding of tranches, settlements, swinglines, payoffs, restructures, payments, advances, and accruals)

- Familiarity with loan servicing software and MS Office tools (MS Excel).

- Experience reviewing financial data, reconciling accounts, and calculating charges.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and systems used in production operations. This role requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to work independently while supporting equipment reliability on the manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective components including seals, gaskets, and other mechanical parts.
• Calibrate testing instruments and equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and calibration documentation.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate repair or replacement as needed.
• Study blueprints, schematics, and service manuals to determine installation and repair procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and technical teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Conduct safety inspections in manufacturing and maintenance environments.

Required Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of RAG techniques, including hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, Hypothetical Document Embeddings (HyDE), self-querying, query expansion, re-ranking, and relevance filtering.

Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. Knowledge of distributed training, parallel processing, and extensive hands-on experience with AWS services for AI/ML.

Advanced NLP skills (NER, Dependency Parsing, Text Classification, Topic Modeling). Experience with Transfer Learning, Few-shot, and Zero-shot learning. Expertise in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for MLOps.

Strong proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and handling large-scale datasets. Experience with real-time AI applications, streaming data, and designing RESTful APIs for model integration.

Experienced with LangGraph, Autogen, , LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers. Familiarity with Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) and version control systems like Git.

Knowledge of AI compliance frameworks and best practices. Experience implementing guardrails to ensure ethical AI usage and mitigate risks (e.g., Microsoft's AI Guidance Framework).
