Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

Treasury Operations & Cash Management

  • Oversee daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, and liquidity management across all entities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a construction related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years successful experience at a superintendent position.
  • Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • College Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Technology is preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of.
  • Strong PC computer skills MS Word and MS Excel preferred.
  • Flexibility for travel to out-of-town job sites as needed.
  • A combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
