Job OverviewThe Merchandiser is responsible for presenting products in a way that will attract the attention of consumers at our customer retail locations. This position services and maintains multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following all quality guidelines. Ability to follow plan sets, planograms and communicate to store management and cross-functional personnel.
Duties & Responsibilities- Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs
- Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display
- Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf where permitted. Rotates product. Fills and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; checks vendor to ensure proper operation
- Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged and out of date product to the branch

Role Summary:
The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing the organization’s end-to-end data ecosystem, ensuring that data infrastructure, governance, and analytics processes effectively support business operations. This role leads the design and management of the data stack—from source system integrations and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to reporting and business intelligence tools—while establishing strong data governance standards, quality monitoring, and documentation practices. The manager also oversees and mentors analytics team members, prioritizes analytics requests, and coordinates cross-functional data workflows. Acting as the central authority for data reliability and insights, the role ensures consistent metric definitions, scalable data models, and accurate reporting while translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Data Architecture & Tooling
- Own the end-to-end data stack — from source system integrations and the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to downstream reporting layers
- Evaluate, select, and implement tools that improve data accessibility, reliability, and performance
- Ensure alignment between data infrastructure and evolving business needs across distribution operations
- Design and maintain scalable data models, SuiteQL queries, and saved searches within NetSuite
Data Governance & Quality
- Define and enforce data standards, metric definitions, and naming conventions across all business domains
- Establish data ownership, lineage documentation, and access governance policies
- Implement monitoring and alerting for data quality issues across source systems and the warehouse
- Build and maintain a data dictionary that serves as the single source of truth for the organization
Orchestration of Analysts & Systems
- Manage and mentor the Data Analyst and Business Analyst — prioritizing requests, unblocking work, and validating outputs
- Triage and prioritize the analytics request queue in alignment with business stakeholders and IT leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional data workflows and ensure handoffs between systems and analysts are clean and documented
- Serve as the escalation point for data discrepancies, report failures, and analytical questions from the business
Qualifications:
Required
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
- 2+ years in a lead or management role overseeing analysts or data team members
- Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with SuiteQL or similar ERP query languages
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including Analytics Warehouse, saved searches, and reporting
- Proven track record establishing data governance standards and documentation practices
- Experience integrating and managing multiple data sources across SaaS and ERP platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
- Experience in distribution, wholesale, or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with SaaS BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or embedded analytics)
- Exposure to scripting or automation (JavaScript, Python, or similar) for data workflows
- Background working within IT-led or hybrid IT/Analytics teams

Job Summary
The OSP Inspector – FTTH is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of construction activities associated with Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects. This role involves monitoring the deployment of fiber optic infrastructure, including aerial and underground installations, drop cable placement, and customer premise connections. The OSP Inspector works closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all work adheres to project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Oversight:
- Inspect FTTH construction activities, including mainline and distribution fiber, service drops, and termination points.
- Verify installation of fiber optic cables, splice enclosures, cabinets, handholes, and pedestals per project specifications.
- Oversee directional boring, trenching, and pole attachment processes to ensure compliance with plans and local regulations.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct field inspections to confirm the integrity of fiber installations, proper labeling, and clean splice connections.
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols, including traffic control and worksite protection during construction.
Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as the liaison between contractors, internal teams, and customers to address issues and maintain project timelines.
- Communicate progress and escalate challenges to the OSP Manager or Project Manager.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Verify that all work complies with permitting requirements, right-of-way guidelines, and local utility regulations.
- Ensure contractor adherence to standards such as National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and local ordinances.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, including as-built updates and photographic documentation.
- Track material usage, contractor performance, and any deviations from project plans.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in FTTH or OSP construction and inspection.
- Proven knowledge of fiber optic installation techniques, splicing, and testing processes.
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, splicing diagrams, and project maps.
- Familiarity with fiber optic testing tools, including OTDR and power meters.
- Strong understanding of FTTH-specific construction practices and industry standards.
- Proficient in GIS software and OSP management tools is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the project area as needed
Certifications
- FTTH Council certification or equivalent is preferred.
- OSHA 10/30 Certification is an advantage.

A Typical Day...Receives operational data for entry into the client's bookkeeping system and determines the best method to record the financial information, such as income, expenses, returned checks, bank charges, and labor hours/codes. Manually records information into the bookkeeping system.
Ensures all checks are endorsed properly and deposited into the proper account each day. Prepares all charge card transactions on the day received. Reports all income and bank charge and information.
Balances and reconciles ledgers, which will become part of the client's general ledger system. Reconciles cash and bank accounts on an agreed-upon basis, comparing account balances to other recorded sources.
Develop detailed reports on a periodic basis for the business client regarding business income, business expenses, gross taxes, and other reports, as needed.
Perform payroll services as requested by the business client account including preparation of payroll checks, preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual employee and employer payroll reports. Prepares payroll in accordance with local, state, and federal wage and hour laws.
Maintains a manual file system to store the hard-copy documents after entry into the record keeping system.
Identifies issues with current process and notifies management of potential concerns and potential solutions. The client is also notified of any issues, concerns and solutions related to the maintenance of the client's financial records.
Participates in meetings and training sessions to continuously improve the bookkeeping service provided to the client.
