This role is designed for psychiatrists who want:

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

About The Role
OpenLoop is looking for Registered Dietitians to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for helping OpenLoop expand their virtual patient pathways. You’ll deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and coaching alongside OpenLoop clinicians for patients on lifestyle-only and medication-assisted pathways.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive virtual nutrition assessments and individualized care plans using the Nutrition Care Process (NCP).
- Deliver motivational interviewing, goal-setting, problem-solving, and relapse-prevention techniques.
- Coach patients on GLP-1/GIP and other AOM nutrition strategies (managing satiety, protein targets, fiber, hydration, GI side effects, micronutrients) and on non-pharmacologic weight-loss approaches.
- Coordinate with prescribers to align nutrition plans with medication initiation/titration, labs, and comorbidity management.
- Use OpenLoop platforms for self-monitoring (weight, food/activity logs) and provide communications for micro-coaching/messages between visits where contracted.
- Screen for disordered eating risk and escalate when indicated; make warm referrals to behavioral health or specialty care per protocol.
- Document timely, clear notes, patient goals, and education within OpenLoop’s EHR; track outcomes and patient-reported measures.

Who You Are:

Ardelle Associates is seeking a Law Clerk to support the civil and criminal matters to combat crime and enforce immigration laws to the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) at Macon, GA
Fulltime Hours (40+/week): Contract Term: 1-5 years.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide one (1) Law Clerk to perform the following job duties:
- Oversee practice regarding 28 USC §2255 (habeas corpus) and immigration habeas matters including, but not limited to, receiving and docketing, calendaring due dates, contacting appropriate AUSA/Support Staff regarding locating files necessary to drafting responses, preparing draft responses for review by appropriate AUSAs, and attending to timely filing of responses.
- Analyze statutes, legislative intent, judicial precedents, agency rules and regulations, and law review articles as they relate to assigned cases to include those of an especially complex or unprecedented nature.
- Support AUSAs by briefing attorneys on pertinent facts, issues and case law.
- Draft correspondence and legal documents for attorney's signature. Draft proposed orders for signature of judges and magistrates.
- Work with the assigned AUSAs to determine applicable administrative statutory and regulatory law and identify possible defenses, violations or causes of action.
- Develop an understanding of all applicable federal, state, or local laws and keeps abreast of any new criminal and civil rules and procedures. Alert AUSAs to all potential issues while conducting reviews and analyzing and interpreting data within the case file.
- Other related duties as assigned and within scope.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Law Degree (J.D.) and licensed by a state bar.
- Minimum one (1) year, post-J.D., professional legal or other relevant experience.
- Ability to utilize law library resources and working knowledge of research tools such as Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, CourtLink, etc.
- Ability to perform all basic computer functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of staff including AUSAs, support staff, client agencies, debtors, debtor attorneys and their staff, court personnel, business executives, witnesses, and the public. Communication requires tact and diplomacy.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain adjudication for the requisite background investigation.

Position Summary
The Sales Executive/Account Manager position is responsible for managing a key Paper Manufacturing Client, a multi-million $$ account.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining the relationship with the account to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance, and informing strategic decisions. Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any concerns is also a crucial part of the job.
Key Outcomes
- Managing the relationship with the customer in a manner that adds value and prevents attrition. Actions: Business reviews, service reports (customer requested subjects and frequency), customer entertainment (lunch, dinner, teams building exercises), providing savings projects, responding to service calls as needed, data mining for issues as requested
- Sales Executives should bring savings projects to the customer to help improve their process (>10% of sales each year). Actions: proposing chemical and/or digital solutions to lower customers’ costs, identifying process changes and assisting customers with implementation, optimizing applications or process variables/controls
- Sales Executive should reach annual sales targets by increasing volumes or obtaining new applications. Actions: commercializing new applications, increasing volumes of existing applications to improve customer performance, working with sales manager to identify target applications.
- Servicing the account in a manner that keeps the customer happy. Actions: writing service reports, application testing and monitoring, business review with customer, process and application troubleshooting, responding to service calls, maintaining equipment

What You Can Expect
As our Business Development Manager III, you will be responsible for driving sales of ENGIE’s retail energy products to Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers. In this role, you will focus on meeting key performance indicators while ensuring compliance with ENGIE’s policies, processes, and governance standards. - Prospect and acquire new C&I customers within the PJM (IL, OH, PA, NJ & MD) region through networking, cold calling, social media, and other means to build a robust pipeline of opportunities

- Develop sales plans and strategies to increase regional third-party business and coordinate these efforts with other regional managers to maximize business throughout the territories we serve

- Assess customer needs and propose offerings to meet and/or exceed these needs

What You’ll Bring

- You have a minimum of five (5) years of sales experience within the retail energy industry, with a proven ability to build client relationships and meet or exceed sales targets

Additional Details

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger.
- Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Analyzes current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to predict future financial outcomes.
- Assists with billing, accounts payable review, general ledger entries, and payroll reconciliation.
- Supports month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Prepares and files tax returns and supports tax compliance activities.
- Conducts internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Analyzes financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Develops financial models and dashboards to forecast performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provides actionable, data-driven recommendations to leadership on business strategy, cost containment, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborates with the revenue cycle team to monitor billing, collections, and payer reimbursement trends.
- Works with healthcare payer contracts to analyze financial terms and compliance.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Must have 2–4 years of related accounting and financial analysis experience.
- Healthcare finance experience is required.
- CPA preferred or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
- Exposure to revenue cycle, contracts, and drug purchasing highly desirable.
- Experience using accounting software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Compensation
Salary Range: $86,100 - $132,020 USD annually

Position Summary:
Trauma Sales Representatives are responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within an assigned territory. As a Trauma Sales Representative, you live your work, feeding off the extreme demands of trauma, not counting hours but rather lives impacted. A person who is energized by chaos, you organize your thoughts and provide possible solutions quickly during operating/emergency room consultations. Sales Representatives must establish, build, and maintain customer relations through constant communication and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years’ experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
- 3+ years of demonstrated Orthopedic Trauma sales experience is required.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, selling, and servicing products.
- 2+ years of proven sales experience that includes cold-calling and converting customers away from competitors and to your offerings.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficient with current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
- Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships (with surgeons and healthcare employees preferred).
- Ability to participate in on-call work and job-related travel, often outside of standard work hours.
