Joining us as an Associate Team Leader, you'll support a single retail office during tax season to consistently exceed client expectations and provide daily operations direction for the tax office. You'll begin working a flexible part-time schedule in early December as you ramp up for the busy tax season and transition to a full-time schedule from January through April.

• Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader, serving as onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality and consistent execution that will allow us to promote the value of H&R Block
• Execute and hold all tax office associates accountable to Service Standards execution and client service experience, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary
• Serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns
• Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary
• Lead the office from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging with clients to deliver an outstanding experience
• Lead daily activities to ensure that all tax office associates are scheduled, and work is completed according to deadlines, with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals
• Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates

Your Expertise

• Prior experience working in customer service or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations
• Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude
• Able to work a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week and flexibility based on business needs
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher

Maintenance Mechanic III (Journeyman Plumber Experience) – Good Samaritan Hospital

Start time flexible between 6:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.; 8-hour shifts

Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position is responsible for the expert-level maintenance and repair of hospital buildings, facilities, and equipment. The role requires journeyman-level plumbing expertise as well as working knowledge and reasonable proficiency in additional building trades.

The Maintenance Mechanic III provides technical guidance to helpers, workers, and mechanics on maintenance operations and assists the Supervisor in identifying optimal methods for maintenance and system operations. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including determining maintenance needs, establishing priorities, and responding appropriately. A strong customer service orientation is essential.

  Job Overview:

Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Hospital buildings, facilities and equipment at the "expert", "master craftsman", or "specialist" level in one of the building trades. Must be familiar with and reasonably proficient in the other trades. Provides technical direction/advice to helpers/workers/mechanics on maintenance operations. Assists Supervisor in determining optimal maintenance and operations methods. Must be able to work with little or no direct supervision as employee is solely responsible for ascertaining what maintenance or repair is required, determining its priority and responding appropriately. Customer Service orientation is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completes paperwork associated with Work Orders and turns in on time. Files Incidents Reports and notes critical turnover in Maintenance Redbook. 
• Completes work orders, scheduled and un-scheduled, within the time constraints allowed for each type of work order 
• Maintains a neat, organized work place, including but not limited to assigned mechanical and electrical rooms. Maintains proper parts level inventories in his/her assigned areas. Appears professional in dress and appearance in work area. 
• Uses proper techniques and personal protective equipment so as to perform work in a safe efficient manner. 
• Uses technical ability to complete work request, scheduled and un-scheduled in a professional, thorough manner.

LHH is partnering with a long‑standing, steadily growing client in Hebron, KY to bring a Production Planner onto their expanding operations team. With production increasing year over year, this position was created to support their continued growth.

About the Role

As the Production Planner, you’ll play a central role in keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly. You will coordinate schedules, balance material and labor needs, and ensure production stays aligned with customer timelines and internal demand.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage production schedules to maintain efficient workflow across orders, materials, and staffing.
• Review and support work orders, material replacements, and incoming demand to ensure accurate planning for active production.
• Utilize the company’s ERP system to pull data, analyze reports, and assist with forecasting.
• Communicate schedule updates, priorities, and open order status to internal teams to keep departments aligned.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of production planning experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of inventory management, material ordering, and shop‑floor processes.
• ERP system experience is required.
• Strong preference for candidates coming from a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple sites and manage shifting material and order needs.
