Position Summary:
The Returns Representative I is responsible for accurately handling returns processes to ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction along with maintaining accurate recordings
Responsibilities:
*Processes RA Vendor Debit Authorization Report by verifying each return to vendor via tracing through UPS, and other common carriers
*Follows up on return of RA's updated before the actual return
*Follows up on pending authorizations in a timely manner
*Run reports to create new quality notifications and submit authorization form to vendors daily
*Update quality notifications with vendor return authorizations
*Non-Stock label processing for internal/external customers
*Ability to communicate with other departments and manufacturers for return completion
*Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team.
*Handle returns in a manner that supports our "No Hassle" returns experience for the customer while balancing the financial impact to the company.
*Ownership of returns database and ensures accurate records.
*Communicate and correct inaccuracies appropriately.
*Operates copier, Onbase scanner, and computer
*Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in customer service, or related transferable skills
Customer-centric and Internet savvy
Strong prioritization and time management skills
Strong MS Office skills
Ability to manage workflow processes
Top 3 Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, SAP, both verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Restaurant supply/commercial food service experience
1 year SAP experience

This McDonald's is owned and operated by 4 Gen Restaurants. As a maintenance person in our restaurant, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the store. Daily tasks include filtering the oil vats, organizing the stock room, as well as cleaning the stainless, walls, ceilings, bathrooms, and walk-in cooler. Normal maintenance shifts are from 5AM-1PM. Job DescriptionAs a Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You would also be in charge of processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, and reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you would work closely with the management team to ensure that an adequate level of product is in stock for customer purchase, that the merchandise is properly maintained, and that the merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.

- We'll start you at a fair hourly base rate. This role is largely focused on operations, but if you are ever scheduled to help with sales, you will have a chance to earn commission.

Our next Receiving Specialist has:
- Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience
- Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash
- A self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail
- An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
- Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not a must, but a plus!)
