Administrative Coordinator – Associate Engagement

Position Overview:

The Administrative Coordinator provides hands-on administrative support for the Manager of Associate Engagement. This role is responsible for supporting departmental operations, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for the department and leadership.
  • Monitor department inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with planning and executing events, including Service Awards and other engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare routine and complex reports, ensuring accurate and complete information.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and involve appropriate team members as needed.
  • Oversee administrative projects and initiatives from start to finish.
  • Provide hands-on support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Customer-service oriented and collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
