What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate updates on products, services, and order status
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions in CRM systems
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or product-based experience preferred)

Job Summary

Provides engineering support to manufacturing for new product launches, process optimization, and issue resolution. Leads process design and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing with engineering expertise for new products, processes, and production issues
• Design, modify, and support equipment, tooling, and fixtures
• Lead process and material flow optimization using lean and industrial engineering principles
• Analyze manufacturing processes to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce cost
• Perform DOE analysis to optimize quality, cycle time, and efficiency
• Support root cause analysis, 8D reports, and corrective actions
• Manage project timelines, objectives, and costs
• Support work instructions, quality procedures, and ISO/IATF compliance
• May provide technical guidance or work direction to other staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience (Engineer I/II level)
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience (Senior/Level III consideration)
• Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, and industrial engineering concepts
• Experience with equipment design, process optimization, and troubleshooting
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with DOE, DFA/DFM, and PFMEA methodologies

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME or equivalent) preferred; Associate's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience considered.

* Proven mechanical aptitude and proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software.

* Strong knowledge of engineering principles, building materials, and mechanical systems.

* Experience with FEA and CFD tools to test and refine designs.

• Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
• No more than two (2) C-sections
• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
• Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
• Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
• Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
• Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
