About the Role
Providing our customers with a safe, top notch technical customer service, maintenance and repair is the #1 priority of a Service Technician. Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations within a designated territory.
- Provide technical customer service, maintenance, and repair.
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, 100-point inspections, vibration monitoring, thermal imaging, and VSD troubleshooting.
- Be included in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Occasionally travel overnight to assist at another Brabazon branch.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and internet usage.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, sometimes up to 100 pounds.

Pay range and compensation package
Our starting wage range for the Apprenticeship Level Service Technician is $26+ per hour plus the benefits package detailed above. For the Experienced Level Service Technician, our starting wage range is $29+ per hour plus the benefits package detailed above.

Overview

Responsibilities
- Coordinate service delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities in compliance with 245D regulations, service agreements, support plans, and agency policies
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans and provider‑developed plans that promote independence, safety, community integration, and personal growth
- Participate in intakes, assessments, service planning meetings, 45‑day and 60‑day meetings, and ongoing plan reviews
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, guardians, case managers, community partners, and internal teams
- Support and guide direct support staff through training, coaching, mentorship, and performance follow‑up
- Ensure staff understand and follow client‑specific plans, restrictions, goals, and delegated supports
- Oversee documentation including service plans, progress notes, incident reports, compliance documentation, and audits
- Monitor service quality, identify gaps, and assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
- Manage assigned caseloads and ensure timely follow‑up on signatures, assessments, authorizations, renewals, and updates

Qualifications
- Experience working within a Minnesota 245D program, including service coordination and compliance requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a Designated Coordinator within a 245D program
- Prior experience in human services, social services, or a related field, with a focus on service coordination or program management
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs
- Strong working knowledge of person-centered practices, service planning, and 245D regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to supervise, coach, and support direct support professionals through accountability and performance management
- Advanced administrative skills, including documentation oversight, compliance tracking, audits, and report writing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of 3–4 concurrent large enterprise client implementations of a prior authorization platform, from kickoff through go-live
- Serve as the primary client-facing contact across your portfolio - communicating with professionalism and composure at every stage, including the messy ones
- Track and manage implementation plans in Smartsheet; maintain dashboards and keep all stakeholders aligned across client and internal teams
- Lead kickoff meetings and periodic on-site engagements; most delivery is virtual with occasional travel for high-value touchpoints
- Contribute to building repeatable implementation processes and documentation as the team and client base scale
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management or implementation management experience, ideally in SaaS or health tech
- Healthcare experience is a strong plus — payer, TPA, or health plan familiarity is particularly valued
- Smartsheet proficiency; prior use in a multi-project implementation environment preferred
- Exceptional client communication skills — clear, even-keeled, and credible under pressure

Job Purpose –

A Day in the Life
Project Management (60%):
· Oversee the development of design projects, brochures, ads, presentations, AEM web pages, Eloqua emails, and social media, while ensuring quality is maintained and that corporate identity is reflected properly.
· Maintain a smooth workflow through design, proofreading, and art direction by providing complete project requirements and communicating job tasks clearly.
