- Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems and CPT coding is advantageous.
- Proficient in using EHR systems for managing medical records effectively.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices.
- Ability to perform procedures such as cardiac catheterization, phlebotomy, or spinal taps is a plus.
- Experience with telehealth services is beneficial for modern patient care delivery.
