What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Clinical Quality & Safety: Ensure the delivery of high-quality medical and nursing care. Lead initiatives in Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Safety, and Infection Control.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor facility policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with state regulations, CMS, OSHA, CLIA, and AAAHC standards.
- Operational & Financial Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Monitor financial performance while maintaining exceptional patient satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Development: Guide staff performance, mentorship, recruitment, training, and credentialing. Provide hands-on support to the team when needed.
- Strategic Execution: Translate the ASC’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
- Administrative Support: Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive Director or governing body.
Experience:
- 5 years in progressive management roles (ASC experience preferred)
- Orthopedic experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate orthotic treatment plans based on physician orders and clinical presentation
- Measure, fit, and adjust orthotic devices including spinal orthoses, knee braces, walking boots, and cervical collars
- Provide patient and caregiver education on proper use, care, and expectations of orthotic devices
- Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately to meet payer and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities
Transaction & Financial Analysis
- Perform complex financial modeling and underwriting for multifamily land and commercial real estate transactions

- Prepare investment sales advisory packages, offering memoranda, BOV presentations, and executive summaries
- Assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities, budgets, assumptions, and risk factors
Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct in-depth market research, demographic analysis, and economic trend evaluation
- Source and research land acquisition opportunities
- Utilize proprietary databases and third-party platforms to identify trends and actionable insights

Business Development & Team Collaboration
