Remote Inside Sales Representative (Medical Supplies) Pay: $17/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (occasional evenings/weekends as needed) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Remote (U.S.) but have to work on Eastern time zone About the Role We are seeking motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join a growing healthcare organization.
In this role, you will engage with prospective and current customers, providing education and sales support for medical supply products.
This position is ideal for candidates who bring a strong sales background combined with customer service expertise and are passionate about delivering a high-quality, consultative sales experience.
Key Responsibilities Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers Educate customers on medical supply products including ostomy, urology, and related product lines Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales and satisfaction Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems Meet or exceed sales goals, call volume targets, and quality standards Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, insurance guidelines, and call scripting standards Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer inquiries, order issues, and follow-ups Provide support via phone, email, and chat communication channels What We’re Looking For 1–2+ years of inside sales experience (required) Strong customer service background with a sales-driven mindset Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills Experience working with CRM systems and call center tools Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Stable work history demonstrating commitment and reliability Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical supplies, healthcare sales, or insurance-related products Familiarity with call center dialer systems and omnichannel communication tools Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Work Environment Requirements Quiet, private remote workspace Reliable high-speed internet connection Ability to work scheduled shifts and occasional overtime as needed Why Join Us?
