POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Practitioners are responsible for providing physical exams, psychiatric evaluations and addiction treatment including: diagnosis;Β prescribing; coordination of care, and patient education. Primary responsibilities will be in the inpatient withdrawal management and residential program, but may include Partial Hospital, Outpatient and community settings as determined by the Medical Director.Β The practitioners will work closely with the Residential Medical Director, staff psychiatrists, and clinicians in a patient centered multidisciplinary treatment team approach.Β The practitioner will hold licensure through the State of CT Department of Public Health and be credentialed through the medical staff of Rushford.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.Β Β Β Evaluate patients through detailed physical exam,Β a full review of psychosocial comprehensive assessments, and development of a detailed medical history.
2.Β Β Β Orders/performs appropriate laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests.Β Seeks other information as needed, including consultation with primary care physicians and medical specialists.
3.Β Β Β In collaboration with clinical and nursing staff, develops and implements a treatment plan that involves and includes the patient in active participation in treatment. And revises the plan as indicated.
4.Β Β Β Writes orders forΒ medications, treatments and other matters pertaining to patients care.
5.Β Β Β Writes progress notes on patientβs charts indicating patient status and treatment recommended.
6.Β Β Β Provides education to individuals or groups as appropriate and requested by the Medical Director.
7.Β Β Β Assumes care for physical and psychological needs of patients during examinations and provides emotional support to family members when appropriate.
8.Β Β Β Charts observations, test results and all patient communication in the medical record as directed by Rushford policy and procedure.
9.Β Β Β Ensures accurate maintenance of patientβs medical records and that patient records are treated as confidential information.
10.Β Β Β Β Β Β Advises patients on use of various medication including dosage, side effects and composition.
11.Β Β Β Β Β Β Reviews and interprets results of diagnostic studies and tests, consults with supervisory physician when appropriate, incorporates information into plan of care.
12.Β Β Β Β Β Β Determines and discusses diagnosis with patient, documents information on charts including billing codes.
13.Β Β Β Β Β Β Recommends and develops new services and programs.
14.Β Β Β Β Β Β Participates in peer review, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guidelines development, and other continuing education and quality assurance activities to demonstrate compliance with standards.

EDUCATION
The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is a certified clinical nurse specialist. The PA holds a National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants certificate and PA-C designation. CPR certification required. The job also requires an active CT DEA/CT Controlled Substance license.

We are actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join aΒ top Cardiology practice in Cariology Central Region.Β The Cardiology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) will provide direct care to patients in theΒ outpatientΒ setting in collaboration with the physicians.Β

School Psychologist
The school psychologist will in-person perform diagnostic evaluations for students who are enrolled in our school programs; provide in-service training related to clinical issues to program staff; work with families of enrolled students; design individual and/or group behavior management plans as assigned; provide crisis intervention in classroom; and provide ongoing support and consultation regarding behavioral concerns to program staff.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree and C.A.G.S. from a NASP-approved program in school psychology or equivalent.
- Massachusetts DESE Certification as a School Psychologist.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a school psychologist.
- Or Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure appropriate to clinical discipline.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide or arrange for psycho-diagnostic testing of students within the program on a periodic basis.
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary evaluation team;
- Act as liaison between the Positive Regard network and other mental health professionals who have direct contact with students.
- Provide crisis intervention to students as needed and assist in making necessary referrals to specialists;
- Provide ongoing consultation to program staff. Plan, develop and implement behavior management plans for individual students and communicate this information and coordinate consistent application of the plans to the appropriate individuals.
- Provide consultation to families regarding psychological testing and treatment and approved behavior management techniques;
- Develop or adapt measurement instruments for use with individuals who are enrolled in our programs.
- Participate in program meetings, case reviews, evaluations and IEP meetings and prepare reports of current progress and needs of the students.
- Provide formal and informal in-service training to staff members;
- Participate in the screening of evaluation of individuals referred for placement and participate on interdisciplinary teams to determine admissions and future programming.
- Provide field placement supervision and act as a mentor to undergraduate and graduate students when requested;
- Prepare reports based on observations and assessments of students;
- Maintains appropriate current records on students.
- Collect and prepare statistical data regarding service delivery as requested.
- Doctoral level Psychologists will also provide diagnostic impressions if and when requested for specific student cases.

The Head of Enterprise Productivity & Collaboration Tools is a senior leader responsible for the strategic direction, integration, and optimization of MassMutual's core collaboration and productivity platformsβincluding ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, and Atlassianβwith a strong focus on AI enablement and automation. This role will drive the adoption of AI-powered capabilities across platforms to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and business agility.
The Team
You will lead a multi-disciplinary global team, including senior managers and specialized platform experts. The team is collaborative, agile, and focused on innovation and accountability. You will foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and develop talent strategies to build AI fluency and platform expertise across the organization.
The Impact:
- Develop and execute a 1β3+ year strategic roadmap for enterprise enablement platforms with a focus on AI integration, automation, and intelligent workflows
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Research & Development teams to embed AI capabilities into platform services (e.g., virtual agents, intelligent routing, predictive analytics)
- Lead platform modernization efforts, ensuring alignment with digital transformation and AI-first strategies
- Promote a culture of innovation by enabling employees to contribute ideas and participate in proof-of-concept initiatives
- Oversee platform governance, performance, and lifecycle management across enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, Teams, and Atlassian
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and AI-driven metrics to ensure platform reliability, adoption, and value realization
- Optimize licensing, usage, and cost efficiency through data-driven insights and automation
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on platform and AI enablement opportunities
- Collaborate with business, IT, security, and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
- Lead change management efforts to drive user engagement and maximize ROI from platform investments
- Manage, coach, and motivate a global team while building a strong, diverse talent pipeline
- Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships
- Execute operational strategy with latitude in day-to-day decision-making
- Implement short- to medium-term strategies (1β3 years); contribute to broader strategic planning
- Manage teams performing multiple functions/disciplines, including exempt and non-exempt employees
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing and scaling enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Atlassian)
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments
- Experience leading platform modernization and AI transformation initiatives
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Summary
Develop technology strategies and roadmaps, mapping to business needs. Accountable for delivering business outcomes - strategic, operational and BAU. Lead initiatives that cross business and organizational boundaries, building effective cross-functional teams. Responsible for health of multiple work cells and agile/waterfall teams(s). Ensure portfolio cost/capability effectiveness and provide transparency to business partners. Actively participate in industry and bring insights into MM.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of SAP Basis administrators and SAP Security/Authorization specialists (onshore and offshore).
- Platform Management: Oversee administration, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HANA, PI/XI, Solution Manager, etc.).
- Security & Compliance: Ensure robust SAP security and authorization processes, including role design, provisioning, audit, and compliance across the SAP landscape.
- Change & Release Management: Manage change and release processes (Rev-Trac, HANA Cockpit, Solution Manager), ensuring minimal disruption and maximum reliability.
- Disaster Recovery & High Availability: Oversee DR/HA planning and execution for SAP platforms, including on-premises and cloud (AWS, RHEL, SLES) environments.
- Incident Management: Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, coordinating on-call support and cross-functional resolution.
- Collaboration: Partner with infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver projects, resolve issues, and drive innovation.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion automation, vulnerability management, and process optimization initiatives.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Platform Assessment & Roadmap: Conduct a thorough assessment of the current SAP platform, including all Basis and Security/Authorization components.
- Develop a future state architecture that aligns with MassMutual's business and technology strategy.
- Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for the decommissioning and replacement of end-of-life tools and utilities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.
- Strategic SAP Initiatives: Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), and SAP Datasphere.
- Evaluate and recommend strategies for the adoption and future direction of the SAP RISE platform, ensuring MassMutual remains at the forefront of SAP innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in SAP Basis administration (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HANA, PI/XI, Solution Manager, cloud integrations).
- Strong background in SAP security and authorizations (role design, provisioning, audit, compliance).
- Experience with database administration (DB2 UDB, SAP Sybase IQ, HANA).
- Familiarity with change management and release tools (Rev-Trac, HANA Cockpit, Solution Manager).
- Knowledge of high availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR), Pacemaker Clusters, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Understanding of SAP infrastructure, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Experience with audit, vulnerability management, and compliance processes.
- Demonstrated experience in platform assessment, architecture design, and technology roadmapping.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, PaPM, DataSphere, and/or SAP RISE is highly desirable.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proven experience managing and developing technical teams, including remote/offshore resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in implementation and leading SAP Platform and Security/Authorization teams.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
Preferred Certifications
- SAP certifications (Basis, Security, HANA, S/4HANA, PaPM, Datasphere, etc.).

- SAP Basis Team: Senior administrators and specialists with expertise in SAP Basis, HANA, AWS, RHEL, SLES, DB2, change management, disaster recovery, and infrastructure support.
- SAP Authorization/Security Team: Experts in SAP authorizations, audit, provisioning, S/4, HANA, ECC, BW, and 24x7 support.
- Teams are distributed across the US, Romania, and India, including both employees and contractors.
