Job Title: Infrastructure Delivery Manager (Contract)

Overview

Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager (Contract) to support the execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives for a leading enterprise retail client. This role is focused on hands-on delivery execution across data center, network, compute, storage, and cloud environments.

You will coordinate day-to-day infrastructure workstreams, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong operational visibility. This position partners closely with Technical Product Management (TPM), Infrastructure Engineering, Product Owners, Operations, Supply Chain, and external vendors.

This is an execution-focused delivery role and does not include long-term strategy ownership, annual planning, or people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities - Infrastructure Delivery & Execution

• Drive day-to-day delivery of infrastructure initiatives aligned to quarterly plans.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure Engineering teams (network, compute, storage, cloud, data center operations).
• Track risks, dependencies, and blockers; support issue resolution.
• Ensure infrastructure deliverables meet agreed technical and operational requirements.
• Maintain outcome ownership focused on tangible delivery results.

Planning, Jira & Delivery Tracking

• Create and maintain Capabilities and Epics in Jira to represent infrastructure scope.
• Structure work to support quarterly delivery goals.
• Maintain accurate status, milestones, and dependencies in Jira.
• Ensure tooling reflects execution health and progress.

Vendor & External Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with infrastructure vendors including cabling and installation partners.
• Support vendor scheduling, deliverables, and issue escalation.
• Ensure vendor work aligns with delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Procurement, Infrastructure Engineering, Product Owners, Supply Chain TPMs, and Operations Project Management.

Financial Execution & Tracking

• Manage quarterly financial execution in Clarity PPM including forecasts and actuals.
• Support PO creation, tracking, and alignment with approved funding.
• Manage invoice tracking, accruals, and reconciliation with Finance partners.
• Maintain rolling quarterly forecasts adjusted for delivery changes.
• Ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and auditable.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Provide regular delivery status updates.
• Communicate risks and constraints proactively.
• Maintain transparency through structured reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery or technical project management.
• Strong understanding of networking, data center, compute, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Clarity PPM.

The primary responsibilities of a Junior Project Manager include:

• Working with our sales & estimating team to complete the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects
• Working with our customers to process and complete shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, order products and arrange for shipping
• Managing third-party subcontract installers on job site installations
• Reviewing and pricing change orders for existing projects, and actively following up to sell change orders on a profitable basis
• Resolving a variety of different issues that arise with projects, including delays, adverse site conditions, installation issues and other day-to-day challenges that come with commercial construction
• Collaborating with our manufacturer/supplier partners on orders and material deliveries

What You’ll Do

• Administer medications, as prescribed, and under the direction of a licensed nurse
• Promptly report to the nurse, a resident’s request/need for PRN medications.
• Promptly report to the nurse any adverse or concerning reactions to medications.
• Provide exceptional Personal service and daily care to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff management and families.

This position is an on-site position and will sit in a Wallick Senior Living community in Columbus, OH.

About your role as an HR Coordinator: In partnership with HR COE leaders, you will play a vital part in ensuring our associates and people leaders are equipped to provide great homes for our residents through HR support to include pre-employment tasks such as meeting with applicants, background checks and drug screens, WOTC, new hire paperwork and orientation, associate questions, and associate engagement activities.

Your responsibilities on the HR Team in detail:

• Serve as an ambassador for the Human Resources department while delivering an excellent associate experience.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience for all walk-in applicants 
• Work with new hires to schedule and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed prior to orientation. Fingerprint background check, drug screen, and WOTC task, etc.
• Ensure all associates files are in compliance for state and regulatory agency compliance.
• Maintain BCI log
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of all new hire paperwork and processes. This includes coordinating all new hire paperwork with the Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development teams. 
• Communicates details about orientation to new hires.
• Conduct orientation, including communicating with new hires, arranging transportation (when applicable), preparing orientation packets, maintaining onboarding computers and room set-up.
• In partnership with the L&D team, runs and reviews audit reports for I9 and WOTC to keep the integrity and 100% accuracy of the database making data corrections when necessary.
• Follow up with associates to ensure trainings are completed timely. Assist associates with accessing computers, logging into trainings, and ensuring completion.
• Track TB testing and assist with ensuring associates have TB results read within guidelines.
• Answer general HR-related questions for associates and escalate more complex questions and requests to HRBP.
• Assist management team in the community with associate engagement activities.
• Track and order new hire and annual associate uniforms.
• Runs ad hoc reports as needed by the business and HR team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organizational development, educational technology, or related degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of previous experience in human resources, or a similar role is preferred. Experience working in a senior living setting strongly preferred.
• You have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• You can prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a deadline driven environment
• You're comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and have a strong ability to communicate to the workforce both verbally and in writing.
