Kidsport staff assists in the intra-hospital transport of pediatric and adult patients as directed by standard work.
Responsibilities:
- Recognizes changes in patient status and notifies appropriate personnel during intra-hospital transports.
- Assists with procedures and monitors patients during procedures according to departmental standards of care and practice.
- Assists other staff members with inpatient care and movement/repositioning of patients. Follows the direction of Nurse regarding mode of transport for child.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psych/ social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age.

Responsibilities:
Efficiency
Responsible for maintaining required cycle times per IQMs and documenting any deficiencies with written explanations to the Production Manager.
Quality
Ensure adherence to QC standards, support audits, follow production procedures, minimize scrap, maximize efficiency, and confirm all production is properly scanned and transferred to the warehouse each shift.
Labor
Manage staffing and scheduling needs, supervise employees to ensure compliance with procedures, track attendance and performance issues, and conduct evaluations when requested to meet production demands.
Molds, Change Overs or Repairs
Coordinate mold changeovers with minimal downtime, track scrap and downtime in IQMs, perform mold cleaning and preventative maintenance, communicate mold issues or component needs, and maintain proper mold storage and status updates.
Safety
Ensure proper use of required PPE, and identify, correct, or report unsafe equipment or conditions within the facility.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least 3 years of injection molding experience, and preferably prior supervisory experience. If you don't have supervisory experience, a maintenance background with plastic injection molding is preferred.

The Operations Manager is responsible for driving the overall success of our pavement marking branch by overseeing daily operations, developing strong customer relationships, and leading a team of skilled road striping professionals. This role requires a solid background in construction estimating and project management, combined with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset. Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with paving companies, contractors, municipalities, and other key clients.
· Serve as the primary representative of the branch, reinforcing a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and quality service.
Business Development
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to expand the customer base.
· Leverage industry knowledge, market trends, and professional networks to secure projects where pavement marking services are needed.
Team Leadership
