I am seeking Industrial Engineers to support a major process‑improvement initiative. In this role, you will conduct detailed time studies on an active production line to evaluate current workflows and uncover opportunities to enhance efficiency. The position begins with hands-on analysis of manual manufacturing processes and progresses into developing data‑driven recommendations to improve future operations. Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed time studies on existing manufacturing processes using stopwatch and Excel-based tracking methods.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Systems Administrator is part of the global Information Technology team. Reporting to the IT regional Manger of Infrastructure. The System Administrator’s role is to mange and tune in-house computer software systems and network connections to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications. Key Activities & Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:

- 4+ years of experience with Windows Sever platforms with emphasis on Active Directory required, experience with windows 2012R2 or Higher
- Experience in LAN/WAN operations with solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations to include experience with Cisco routers and switches, Internet firewalls and wireless technology required.
- Ensures all changes are documented and follow the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) change management processes as defined by Corporate IT Standard Operating Procedures.
- Strong background in Outlook and Exchange messaging systems
- Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills required.
- Virtualization experience in VMWARE, Hyper-V
- Basic Windows scripting skills preferred.
- Knowledge of principles and theories of network systems and management.
- Experience with data management.
- Ability to identify and resolve a wide range of technical computer-related issues. Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Able to read, understand, and apply complex technical information.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and vendors.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision and have good time management skills.
