The Role

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is the critical first point of contact for our prospective clients. In this role, your primary objective is not to sell IT services over the phone. Instead, your goal is to sell the meeting. You will proactively reach out to business owners and C-level executives to secure First-Time Appointments (FTAs) for our outside sales and strategic consulting team.

You will succeed in this role if you are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, are completely free of call reluctance, and know how to pivot conversations from technical jargon to business value.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Prospecting: Execute a disciplined daily outbound call strategy, consistently making 50-60 dials per day to targeted business leaders.
• Appointment Setting: Secure qualified First-Time Appointments (FTAs) for our senior sales team and strategic advisors.
• Qualifying Leads: Identify if a prospect fits our ideal client profile by asking high-level business questions and uncovering their current operational challenges.
• Selling the Value: Challenge prospects to "look at technology differently," focusing the conversation on business results, risk management, and strategy rather than technical specifications.
• Pipeline Management: Meticulously track all activities, conversations, and follow-ups in our CRM. Build and maintain a clean, high-quality pipeline of future opportunities.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for dials, meaningful conversations, and appointments set.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Position Overview

Reliant Net Lease is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Assistant to support the Real Estate Transaction Team in coordinating acquisition and disposition activities across the company’s growing single tenant net lease portfolio. This role will play an important operational and administrative support function for the Real Estate Transaction Team and broader business teams, helping ensure due diligence, documentation, and closing processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction & Due Diligence Support

• Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Transaction Team throughout acquisition and disposition processes
• Assist with coordinating due diligence activities for single tenant net lease transactions
• Review, organize and maintain transaction files, documentation, and due diligence materials in company systems
• Assist in tracking contract and due diligence timelines, checklists, and deliverables pre- and post-closing

Document & Reporting Coordination

• Help organize and distribute third-party reports such as Phase I Environmental, surveys, zoning reports, property condition reports, and appraisals
• Maintain document libraries and ensure accurate filing of transaction-related materials
• Assist with preparation and organization of closing documentation and settlement statements

Communication & Scheduling

• Assist with communications between internal teams (Investment, Asset Management, Operations) and external partners including sellers, vendors, attorneys, advisors, and consultants
• Support meeting scheduling and preparation, agenda development, and follow-up tasks

Administrative Support

• Prepare presentations, reports, and internal transaction updates
• Manage incoming mail
• Track vendor invoices and assist with administrative processing of transaction-related expenses
• Provide general administrative support to the Real Estate Transaction Team and the business as needed
• Assist with other closing, operations and/or business projects and tasks as requested

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in commercial real estate, finance, or investment environments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Interest in commercial real estate and investment operations preferred
• Notary Public preferred
