Responsible for performing the clerical and administrative functions for any or all hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, quality assurance and customer service. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages in a timely manner to optimize delivery time. Serves as a customer's first line of contact for a variety of issues.

- Prioritizes workflow to maximize the number of packages that can be resolved and sent out for delivery in the same day
- Ensures all packages receive appropriate scan statuses. Inspects and handles hazardous material damages as per policy. Ensures all loose product is accounted for as per company policy
- Researches missing packages to understand the root cause of scanning failures and compiles information on disputed deliveries for management review
- Reviews and trends loss and damaged claims filed to identify improperly charged claims and brings to the attention of management
- Additional Linehaul essential function:
- Reviews and enters all Independent Contractor (IC) settlement information into appropriate system to ensure proper payments. Enters settlement adjustments as directed by manager
- Compiles required documentation to establish and maintain Department of Transportation (DOT)-required files. Verifies timely log entry into system
- Enters all individual vehicle mileage record information into the system and works with ICs and Linehaul staff to rectify any issues
- Tracks a variety of metrics, including the IC charge back program, complaints and maintenance compliance and prepares weekly reports for management review
- Serves as initial contact to receive IC inquiries or issues relating to settlement, uniforms, decals, etc., to route to management for appropriate resolution
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two (2) years customer service, clerical or related experience required; experience in dock operations environment or distribution center setting preferred
- General business skills such as typing; data entry and review; and use of phone, copier, and fax
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
- Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:- Picks up and delivers Apheresis equipment from/to assigned medical facilities according to established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Performs all duties and functions with the goal to achieve OSHA-related targets for recordable incidents and lost time incidents.
- Review truck's checklist of responsibilities prior to operating truck. Vehicle related responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintains binder with current hospital information in truck (directions, address, etc) to ensure efficiency and timeliness in deliveries.
- Logs mileage and fuel levels.
- Performing pre and post trip inspections of assigned vehicle. Identify problems and address appropriately.
- May perform routine maintenance on truck, checking oil and gas weekly.
- Maintain truck mileage log.
- Unloading and loading freight as required according to specified procedures and regulations.
- Maintaining cleanliness of truck, machines and carts.
- Ensure good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and behaving with integrity in a courteous and professional manner.
- May set up product and/or place product on shelves or racks at customer sites.
- Performs rotation and inventory checks of existing product ensuring that an adequate inventory is available for customers.
- Orders all supplies at area storage facility as needed, reporting supply inventory monthly.
- Stocks carts and bins with medical supplies as needed.
- Ensures adequate supply of forms required by nurse managers are stocked in the carts these include but are no limited to patient assessment forms, treatment sheets, order forms, various medical forms, equipment service reports etc.
- Moves machines and equipment weighing up to 350 pounds.
- Operates material-handling equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures as required.
- May take note of and possibly resolve customer complaints. Reports more complex issues and complaints to Regional Manager for resolution. Observes and reports any pertinent anomalies at customer sites/medical facilities.
- Delivers patient charts to area office on a weekly basis.
- Adheres to all federal and state specific DOT regulations including, but not limited to GVW (Gross Vehicle weight) and hours of service.
- Identifies and recommends options for route improvements to management as appropriate.
- Participates in monthly/quarterly/annual training for Good Manufacturing Practices, Health & Safety, and Compliance.
- Maintains current knowledge of all annually revised regulatory standards (OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA, and any state specific agencies).
- Maintains a satisfactory driving record, driving safely and within legal speed limits.
- Acts responsibly, refraining from alcohol consumption while on duty and from smoking while in the truck or in the facility.
