Job Details You will be a player coach overseeing two account managers as well as managing the large group accounts with 50+ lives.

In total there are about 120 accounts and you will oversee directly approximately 25 and assist the two other account managers in their work.

You are someone that can handle large group account renewals, brings experience with process for quoting and servicing accounts, working knowledge of group plans and compliance issues associated with these plans.

You will also take on a bit of internal sales.

If a P&C producer explains that a client is looking to add group insurance and the group is anywhere from 10-20 people, you would work directly with the client and run the quotes etc.

General knowledge of ASME Section III Codes, ASME/ASTM material for valves in Nuclear Industry and awareness with some military standards.

Familiar with ANSI B16.34, B31-1, and B31.3 valve design standards.

Strong understanding of geometric tolerance techniques based on ANSI Y14.5M.

Knowledge of CSA N285.0 Canadian standards.

What You’ll Do


  • Provide legal advice to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence
  • Conduct client consultations to assess legal issues and gather relevant information
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
  • Prepare discovery requests and responses (interrogatories, subpoenas, document production)
  • Draft settlement agreements and child custody arrangements
  • Prepare Case Information Statements, including adept review of tax returns
  • Attend hearings, trials, and conferences, advocating on behalf of clients
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and client communication and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely and efficient case management
  • Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about case progress and strategy
  • Work with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes


What We’re Looking For


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in New Jersey
