What will I be doing?

Soundview Consultants is seeking a Wetland Project Manager to add to our Pacific Northwest team! This position, based out of our Gig Harbor or Mount Vernon office, will support Trinity Consultants wetland resource program and related projects across Washington and into neighboring states. The ideal candidate will have experience in private environmental consulting and project management, with a strong background in wetland assessments and permitting in Western Washington.
What will I be doing?
- Developing and managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client and firm needs
- Writing and/or supervising the writing of technical reports (e.g., wetland delineations, biological assessments, and mitigation plans)
- Navigating local, state, and federal permitting processes (e.g., local critical area ordinances, SEPA/NEPA, Clean Water Act)
- Conducting and/or directing project-specific research
- Reviewing reports for accuracy and adherence to agency guidelines
- Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff
- Interacting and collaborating with internal staff, environmental compliance agencies, and tribal representatives.
- Maintaining regular and productive communication with current clients
What qualifications are required for this role?
- B.S. or M.S. in Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology, Natural Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in wetland science or resource permitting in Washington State
- 2+ years of project management experience in private environmental consulting
- Demonstrated expertise with the USACE Wetland Delineation Manual and WA State Wetland Rating Systems
- Experience obtaining Nationwide Permits and Individual Permits under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, Section 401 Water Quality Certifications, and Administrative Orders with the Washington State Department of Ecology
- Experience with mitigation planning, restoration design, or functional assessments is a plus
- PWS certification preferred, but not required
- Valid WA driver's license and ability to navigate variable field conditions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; GIS/GPS experience preferred
- Strong scientific writing and communication skills
- Experience with Deltek VantagePoint considered an asset
The wage range for this position is $80,000 - $125,000 per year depending on education and experience.

Position Summary
Facilities Technicians work both inside and outside to build, install, test, and repair telecommunication and broadband services for residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities
Primary
- Installation of Fiber and Coax Internet, Voice, and Streaming TV services.
- Installation of aerial or underground fiber, copper, and coax drops.
- Place aerial or underground coax and fiber cable.
- Educate customers on use of services.
- Analyze quality and determine acceptability of services delivered upon completion of installation.
- On call during scheduled time periods, and respond to calls as needed.
- Operate and maintain assigned vehicle in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure vehicle is stocked with necessary equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Education

Certifications

Reporting to the Director of Quality West, the Regional Quality Manager will work closely with our Concrete Hardscape and Masonry product plants within your region. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for formula, mix design accuracy at all plants and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain formulas that will produce quality products at the most efficient cost
- Build and maintain standards for quality control processes & quality assurance programs
- Monitor quality assurance testing and provide updates to leadership
- Coordinate required testing for finished goods and raw materials
- Assist product managers as needed
- Assist plants with line studies to determine consistency of products

- Assist plants with trial runs of any new products
- Look for opportunities to improve products by optimizing formulas.

We're looking for Operating Room RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Tacoma, WA. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience as a circulating nurse, and/or scrub nurse, and potentially RN first assistant. Read below for more requirements.
As an OR Travel Nurse, you will assist physicians and medical staff in caring for surgical patients, as well as providing pre- and post-surgery care and education to the patient. Circulating OR Nurses work within the operating suite but outside of the sterile field; Scrub OR Nurses handle and prepare operating instruments and equipment within the sterile field. Surgery responsibilities may include preparing instruments for specific surgical procedures, monitoring and observing the patient during surgery, and responding to potential complications alongside the physician.
As an OR Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
- Provide basic bedside care.
- Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions to treatment.
- Serve as the communication liaison between patients' family members and members of the operating team.
- Ensure that the correct procedure(s) is being performed on the correct patient.
- Initiate patient education plan as prescribed by physician; teach patients and families how to manage medication and home care needs.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- The physician serves as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participates in administrative and quality initiatives for the facilities he or she is responsible for;
- Medical directorship functions include attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings; participating in quality improvement initiatives; providing guidance to facility staff; reviewing and revising (if necessary) facility's clinical guidelines; insuring compliance with state and federal regulations, training facility staff; and supervising facility clinical staff.

- Physician will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs;
