Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and

grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level.

We are currently seeking an associate attorney with *2-4 years of insurance defense experience*. Candidates must have strong analytical, research and writing skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court-related documents
* Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients
* Sending and responding to discovery, including coordination with clients to obtain relevant responsive documents and information
* Conducting legal research on a variety of issues relevant to insurance defense litigation
* Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, site inspections, and mediations
* Active participation in all aspects of litigation management
