What You Bring: 2–4 years of supervisory experience in retail or a customer-focused operations role.
Proven ability to manage performance, drive results, and coach diverse teams.
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and HRIS/timekeeping systems.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

This role is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong background in partnership tax, trust tax, and business income tax returns. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) with proficiency in QuickBooks and Lacerte Tax. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for:
1. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns including federal and multi-state returns for partnerships, trusts, and corporations.
