Event Producers serve as the central point of coordination between clients, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring that every element of the event is delivered on time, on brand, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of event production, from planning through on-site execution and post-show wrap-up
• Manage the onsite team (ranging from 5-100 people) leading the execution of the event
• Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and production schedules
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee production logistics including staging, audio/visual, signage, creative builds, and run of show
• Collaborate with design, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Conduct site visits, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate permitting or venue logistics as needed
• Supervise setup, live execution, and strike of all event elements
• Troubleshoot operational or technical challenges quickly and effectively
• Prepare post-event reports and budget reconciliations for internal review

Qualifications

Environment

• Work is performed both in-office (Alexandria, VA) and on-site at event locations nationwide. Producers should expect irregular hours and on-call availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during active event periods.

AGE Solutions is seeking an Audio-Visual Command Meeting (AVCM) Engineer. In this role, you will travel within their assigned zone to support Senior Executive Services (SES) and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces. This role provides installation, troubleshooting, and sustainment support for enterprise audio-visual systems and will augment support to other zones as required. The ideal candidate is a hands-on AV professional with strong technical expertise, the ability to lead AV efforts on-site, and experience working in classified environments.

This position is based out of Ft. Belvoir, VA with regional CONUS travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Travel within assigned zone and provide augmentation support to other zones as needed
  
• Support SES and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces
  
• Install, pull, terminate, label, and test all AV-related cables, connectors, and interfaces
  
• Install projection screens, plasma/LED displays, speakers, and related AV hardware
  
• Perform installation of AV systems at client sites, including full room deployments
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation
  
• Wire and build AV racks to standard and customer specifications
  
• Serve as the Lead Audio Visual Engineer on projects and customer engagements
  
• Manage AV projects across various models and makes of equipment
  
• Conduct testing, analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions on systems, networks, hardware, and software
  
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of AV wiring standards and connector types across AV cable types
  
• Support internet-based video solutions including switchers, codecs, interfaces, and room design solutions
  
• Access classified areas to support Enterprise JWICS installation and troubleshooting of system hardware (user account not required)
  

Required Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of relevant experience with AV engineering
  
• Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance at a minimum
  
• Have one (1) of the following certifications:

The SharePoint Analyst Lead analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. Identifies resources required for each task. The SharePoint Analyst Lead is responsible for leading the functional and analytical aspects of the SharePoint Online (SPO) environment within the DOD365-J tenant. This role bridges the gap between business users, mission partners, and technical teams by analyzing user requirements, optimizing collaboration solutions, and ensuring operational continuity across SharePoint and integrated Microsoft platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse. The SharePoint Analyst Lead supports modernization and migration efforts away from deprecated SharePoint features, provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support, and ensures functional solutions comply with DISA and DoD policies. The position involves direct engagement with customers, developing and maintaining workflows, lists, and libraries, and driving user adoption of secure and efficient modern collaboration tools. • Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft's low-code/no-code tools to replace legacy processes and reduce reliance on custom applications.
  
• Document functional requirements, process flows, and configuration details to support governance, sustainment, and knowledge transfer.
  
• Ensure staffing aligns with customer requirements and that qualified personnel with appropriate clearances are assigned.

• Lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional support for SharePoint and Dynamics CRM service requests, incidents, and user inquiries (averaging ~90 tickets per month).

• Categorize service requests as Tier 2 support, new project work, or escalation candidates, and route accordingly.
  
• Manage ticket queue and ensure all tickets are assigned, acknowledged, and updated in compliance with SLAs.
  
• Communicate status updates to customers weekly (service requests) or every two business days (incidents) until closure.
  
• Resolve tickets within SLA timeframes and document all resolutions and lessons learned for inclusion in the knowledge base.
  
• Coordinate with the DISA J6 Tier I Service Desk, DEOS support teams, and higher-tier engineers when technical escalation is required.
  
• Maintain and update the list of all SharePoint site owners and points of contact (POCs) to ensure proper permissions management and accountability.
  
• Support performance monitoring of the SPO environment and assist in tracking metrics related to system availability, uptime, and user satisfaction.
  
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, identifying functional or configuration-related bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions.
  
• Contribute to weekly and monthly reports with updates on service tickets, incidents, SLAs, and functional health metrics.
  
• Remediate functional-level IAVA findings in collaboration with security and architectural teams (e.g., addressing deprecated workflows or permissions risks).
  
• Collaborate with monitoring and operations teams to interpret system alerts related to SharePoint availability and proactively prevent downtime.
  
• Participate in meetings and reviews related to system performance, modernization initiatives, and process optimization.
