The Attorney - Civil Litigation (Defense) will manage an active caseload from intake through resolution, partnering closely with partners, nurses, paralegals, and staff. Ideal candidates bring strong defense-side experience, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to drive matters forward with autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ethically, responsibly, and autonomously manage day-to-day case operations with minimal supervision; escalate material issues to partners as appropriate.
• Track and manage case deadlines (including answers, discovery, motions, and court-ordered schedules).

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, and handling court appearances.
