The Position:
We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our talented legal team in Tacoma, WA. This role offers a hybrid work model. (Remote position, however, must live within driving distance to the local office as occasional onsite work may be required.) Due to an unforeseen medical issue resulting in the loss of an associate attorney, our small law firm located in Tacoma, Washington is looking to add another Associate Attorney to join our Workers Compensation/Social Security team. This is a full-time on-site role. Our firm provides extensive paralegal support, and we promote a team environment. We are a non-billable firm that operates on a 37.5-hour work week and does not require attorneys to meet set quotas.
This is a litigation position which does require the ability to work independently and the ability to meet deadlines. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in a variety of areas, including workers compensation, social security disability and personal injury. The Associate Attorney will attend administrative hearings at the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review for Social Security disability claims, and at the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals for Workers Compensation claims. In addition to administrative hearings, the Associate Attorney will also handle superior court trials, client meetings, draft documents, and conduct legal research. Our ideal candidate will have excellent research as well as legal writing skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and a high attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for formula, mix design accuracy at all plants and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain formulas that will produce quality products at the most efficient cost

We're looking for Operating Room RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Tacoma, WA. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience as a circulating nurse, and/or scrub nurse, and potentially RN first assistant. Read below for more requirements.
As an OR Travel Nurse, you will assist physicians and medical staff in caring for surgical patients, as well as providing pre- and post-surgery care and education to the patient. Circulating OR Nurses work within the operating suite but outside of the sterile field; Scrub OR Nurses handle and prepare operating instruments and equipment within the sterile field. Surgery responsibilities may include preparing instruments for specific surgical procedures, monitoring and observing the patient during surgery, and responding to potential complications alongside the physician.
As an OR Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
- Provide basic bedside care.
- Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions to treatment.
- Serve as the communication liaison between patients' family members and members of the operating team.
- Ensure that the correct procedure(s) is being performed on the correct patient.
- Initiate patient education plan as prescribed by physician; teach patients and families how to manage medication and home care needs.

Responsibilities
As an Aviation Electronics Technician (AT), you'll maintain, troubleshoot, repair and test complex electronic systems related to aviation on tactical jets, fixed wing aircraft or rotary winged helicopter systems. In this role, you can expect to work with systems including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, laser electronics, navigation, pressure indication, and electrical power generation and distribution. Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes(known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training, including:
Class "A" Technical School (19 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, for training in basic aviation theory and technical knowledge, aviation electrical systems, and electrical and electronics theory and skills.
After you complete training, you may be assigned to a naval air station, squadron, aircraft carrier or other aviation facility. Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.
Advanced Training
Advanced training as an Aviation Electronics Technician may also be available during later stages of your career. For those with further leadership aspirations and a college degree, Officerroles may be available, providing opportunities to lead and train others.

Part-Time Opportunities
