The QC/QA Supervisor will lead the establishment, management, and continuous improvement of QC/QA processes, including providing a detailed method statement outlining how they structure and oversee a QC/QA department. This position requires leadership experience, strong technical acumen, and the ability to ensure quality compliance across all building systems and O&M activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive QC/QA program for facility operations and maintenance.
- Provide a detailed method statement explaining the setup, management, and execution of QC/QA processes.
- Oversee quality assurance activities across large-scale building systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and related infrastructure.
- Apply RCM principles to improve system reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and support long-term asset performance.
- Utilize non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques to evaluate equipment performance and identify potential failures.
- Supervise QC/QA staff and ensure compliance with Amentum, Department of State (DOS), and federal quality standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and evaluations of O&M activities and projects.
- Provide technical guidance, corrective action recommendations, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and quality performance metrics to support contract compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive quality excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience working on major industrial complexes or construction projects in a QC/QA role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC/QA Supervisor.
- Strong working knowledge of O&M operations and building system infrastructure.
- Experience in RCM programs and non-destructive testing methods.
- Ability to develop and deliver a comprehensive QC/QA method statement.
- Secret Clearance required.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification such as CQI (Certified Quality Inspector) or related quality credentials.
- Experience in DOS, federal, or mission-critical facility environments.
- Background in engineering, facility operations, industrial maintenance, or similar technical fields.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as the principal manager responsible for the overall management and operation of the mechanical systems in support of of BOS
- Advises mechanical technicians in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical system malfunctions.
- Develops, implements and regularly reviews all mechanical systems and components preventative maintenance plans to ensure they are compliant with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.
- Performs overall capacity management of mechanical systems to ensure capability is in balance with known and/or future demand requirements.
- Maintains building calculations to manage supply available with required loads.
- Ensures building modifications comply with all code requirements and original design intent.

Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Mechanical Professional Engineer (PE) in one of the 50 U.S. states, U.S. Territories or Possessions.
- A bachelors degree from an accredited university in Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Structural), or another related field. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience managing and operating facilities and systems of similar size, scope and complexity
- Strong technical knowledge of all facilities maintenance and operations, including complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, structural systems, vertical transportation and data center operations.
- Highly developed leadership, management, supervisory, interpersonal, analytical and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a diverse and dynamic environment with short notice taskings and under high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of building management systems such as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS0 Building Automation Systems ( BAS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems ( EPMS) - individual certifications are highly desired
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Reliability- Centered Maintenance is a plus

- Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy
- Computer skills: computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation; basic internet navigation skills

ResponsibilitiesOccupational Therapy Assistant Summary: Provide occupational therapy and related services for patients under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist (OT) while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Provide quality patient care including: ongoing treatment per a plan of care, supervision of rehab techs (where required), and case management responsibilities.
