Job Details Litigation Legal Assistant We are looking for a bright, energetic, full-time legal administrative assistant with at least three years of experience supporting litigation matters.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do Support complex civil litigation in state and federal courts Organize and maintain litigation files, including electronic filing in state and federal courts Schedule depositions and assist with discovery matters Apply knowledge of procedural rules, including Rule 9A Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents Answer phones and provide general office support functions What You’ll Bring Minimum of three years’ experience as a legal assistant in litigation Strong typing and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task under time-sensitive deadlines Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Familiarity with TABS billing entry (a plus) Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients Proactive, detail-oriented, dependable, and professional demeanor Interested in hearing more? Strong research skills and proficiency in legal research tools.
