Your Job Responsibilities:
• Performs respiratory therapeutics to include oxygen administration and weaning, aerosol and humidity therapy, IPPB, Incentive Spirometry, airway maintenance, bronchial hygiene, chest physiotherapy, CPR and mechanical ventilation.
• Performs and reports prescribed cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures to include arterial blood gas analysis, pulse oximetry, pulmonary function studies, and electrocardiograms.

• Perform appropriate actions using critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to interpret the CXR, ABG, and PFT’s when reviewing patient data.
• Assembles, checks, operates and troubleshoots all cardiopulmonary equipment such as artificial airways, ventilators, oxygen analyzers, oxygen delivery devices and blood gas analyzers.
• Participates in tasks related to infection control, safety and quality assurance.
• Performs required cleaning and maintenance of all cardiopulmonary equipment and work areas.

· RF System Optimization techniques for voice and data for Nortel, Motorola, and/or Nokia infrastructure · Should have a good understanding of engineering concepts, and must show aptitude and desire to learn and advance in a technical field.

This role ensures smooth daily front office operations and assists with key HR administrative processes.

The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Senior Executive Assistant/Office Manager on leadership support functions, so the ability to collaborate closely with other administrative team members is a must.
This role is 100% onsite in southwest Dallas.
Front Office & Administrative Support Greet and assist employees, visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Manage front desk operations including mail distribution, deliveries, visitor access, and badge administration.
Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting setup and logistics.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and shared office areas.
Support office leadership with scheduling, administrative coordination, and internal communications.
Assist with office supply management and general office operations.
Human Resources Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and records management.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire documentation and orientation logistics.
Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Support HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related events.
Assist with compliance documentation and HR audits as needed.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
3-5 years of experience in corporate administrative roles.
Prior HR administrative support experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
