Overview

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead telecom construction work with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach. This role is focused primarily on building cell sites (not necessarily a heavy fiber-only role), but fiber construction experience is strongly desired. The Senior PM will oversee execution, manage crews and subcontractors, and support financial performance including P&L oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution for telecom construction work (cell site builds).
• Manage schedules, budgets, and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Oversee crews and subcontractors; ensure field execution aligns with safety and quality standards.
• Support branch financial performance with P&L oversight, cost control, and forecasting support.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain strong client/vendor relationships and support business growth efforts as needed.
• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture across all job sites.
• Lead by example—step in and help remove roadblocks and keep work moving when necessary.

Qualifications / What We're Looking For

• Experience in telecom construction, ideally wireless/cell site construction (carrier experience not required).
• Fiber construction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to run crews and lead field operations; hands-on leadership style.
• Understanding of concrete and electrical related to construction environments.
• Open to a strong civil construction candidate with utilities/concrete/electrical knowledge even without telecom background.
