Work in the Process Department operating the Deodorizer or Refinery systems to produce Crisco vegetable oil and shortening. This role is currently an 8-hour shift on 2nd, 3rd (non-rotating) and potential schedule change to 12-hour shift. Entry pay is $27.55/hr., advancement potential within 12-18 months to $37.68/hr., plus shift differential. Once fully qualified, employee would earn $40.78/hr. plus $2.00 premium.

This position will process time-sensitive materials for pick-up, transit, and delivery and the sorting, loading, and unloading of cargo shipments. • Breaks down station material, including transfer and inbound materials.
• Performs sort, load, unload, and other material handling activities in accordance with approved procedures.

• Understand printing job requirements by the specifications
• Set up the bag line by loading paper and adjusting for size

• Maintain professional image that includes greeting customers, visitors and employees in a polite and friendly manner.
• Be proactive in knowing all revisions to post orders and general information distributed by the customer and AFS.
• Patrol physical property or maintain fixed post position, being diligent to report any suspicious activity and investigate accidents and criminal acts.
• Monitor cameras or equipment in a continuous fashion as outlined in the post orders.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures and regulations to be able to respond to alarms, incidents and emergency situations.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports, Log Book entries, Incident Reports and all relevant reports related to job assignment.
• Make recommendations to management on better safety and loss prevention processes as identified during daily routine.
• Have knowledge of any life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV system computer, and other such equipment to complete job assignments. Ensure continuous and safe operation of all elevators and access doors. Know authorized contractor personnel who are responsible for maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
• Ensure training and compliance guidelines are met as outlined by AFS and other agencies regulating the customer / market.
• Communicate on a daily basis with Security Supervisor any new Security Issues or changes that need to be considered or implemented.

Position Description Summary:

Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.

Support the warehouse operations both on and off the airport site.

Ability to process freight, complete receiving functions, unload trucks, pull, pack, deliver stock orders to the stores.

Position Requirements & Qualifications:

Display a consistent sense of urgency. Able to prioritize and handle several projects at once.

Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardere Background Check.

Be in possession of a clean driving record.

Computer work, heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending.
