District Asset Protection and Safety Manager

Position Description:

This position provides evaluation, communication, coordination, recognition, and enforcement in the areas of safety, health, environment, and asset protection on a district level. This position works with Stores, and Corporate management to control inventory shrink, reduce damages, improve gross margin, minimize accident frequency rates on General Liability, Property, and Workers Compensation claims, improve execution of standard operating procedures (SOP), and ensure a safe environment for our customers and employees. Conducts investigations into alleged policy/procedure violations and theft, including conducting interviews and reviewing Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) necessary for same, and writing reports on information received. Physical travel to assigned and unassigned sites required on a daily bases for scheduled site visits, incident response and to maintain program standards for asset protection and safety programs.

Assesses procedures throughout assigned territory to ensure the protection of all Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities, including Team Members, customers, participants, inventory, cash, and equipment. Conducts investigations into alleged policy/procedure violations and theft, including conducting interviews and reviewing CCTV necessary for same, and writing reports on information received.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Executes, with excellence, the business plan and associated Asset Protection and Safety programs that will deliver desired shrink, safety, and profit results with the highest service standards.
  • Responds to incidents at assigned sites and non-assigned sights as required ensuring asset protection and safety coverage are maintained and financial goals are achieved.
  • Reviews asset protection, safety, and company audits by reviewing digital, hard copy, and CCTV, and provides all data/reports to appropriate manager.

  • Utilizes approved technology and software systems to identify, investigate, build and maintain investigations to company standards, retaining all required records.
  • Conducts physical live observations and apprehensions.
  • Supports company Asset Protection program by assisting with the repair, installation and programming of CCTV systems, key control and other physical security elements protecting life and company assets.
  • Presents Asset Protection cases to law enforcement/courts. Testifies in court representing the company with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ensures store compliance with all laws and workplace standards.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Stores and Corporate on all Asset Protection matters to accomplish Goodwill GCNA shrink goals.
  • Participates as a member of the District Management team in the planning, formulating, and implementation of the District missions and goals.
  • Advises the District team on matters related to Asset Protection & Safety.
  • Detects and resolves situations involving associate theft, abuse, or unsafe acts involving company assets, policies, or procedures.
  • Ensures that all physical security measures are in place and operational (i.e., alarms, CCTV, etc.).
  • Coordinates implementation of emergency response plans and acts as Emergency Coordinator for the District.
  • Reviews/Reports on inventory movement and damages. Supports inventory activities by providing direction and acting as a liaison between the Stores and Corporate.

  • Attends meetings and scheduling obligations monthly, weekly, and daily or as required by situational needs at organizational sites with the ability to adjust schedules with little to no notice to meet needs or emergency situations.
  • Maintains, delivers and trains all company safety programs to reduce customer, Team Member and property damage claims. Ensures company safety standards, programs and training are in place and executed with consistency to all areas of the company.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least 3 years' experience in multi-site retail security/loss prevention, including use of the Wicklander Zulawski (WZ) interview training program, Basic OSHA Safety regulations, as well as LPC and CFE certifications preferred
  • Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experienced in CCTV usage
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently
  • Bilingual skills helpful, but not required

Job Description:

Senior Project Manager position that requires mastery of the journey level Project Manager job duties. Under general direction, exercises judgment and discretion and is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Job Responsibilities

  • Electric transmission tower build experience, Substation ground up build experience, 10 plus years of project management in the utility field, SAP experience, Primavera P6 experience, and Unifier experience.
  • Active PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

their diverse portfolio of HDR-based programs aimed at delivering life-long cures for

serious diseases.

Their first clinical trial, is now approaching Phase II with a novel technology treating

Severe Sickle Cell Disease. Based on Phase 1 data from our first- and best-in-class

true gene correction, they anticipate momentum in the clinical trial with feedback from

FDA on our path towards regulatory approval.

Role:

A high-caliber and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to

support the execution of the NEW clinical trial, a core clinical program advancing

the company's autologous gene therapy. This is a critical role within our growing

Clinical Operations organization.

As a CRA, you will be responsible for making sure clinical trial sites operate in full

compliance with protocol requirements, regulatory standards, and company's

quality expectations, while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and data

integrity.

This role is designed for a proactive operator who excels in the operational complexities

associated with advanced therapeutic modalities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-

paced startup environment where precision, strong site partnerships, and early

identification of operational risks are essential to successful trial execution.

By overseeing day-to-day site monitoring activities, maintaining inspection-ready

documentation, monitor and verify site compliance with chain-of-identity (COI) and

chain-of-custody (COC) procedures associated with the autologous gene therapy

workflow, and promptly escalate deviations, the CRA plays a vital role in supporting the

successful execution of the NEW study.

Through disciplined site oversight and data quality management, this role enables the

clinical team to generate reliable data and advance company's clinical development

efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Monitoring & Oversight:

o Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring (on‐site and remote), and

close‐out visits per the monitoring plan and risk‐based monitoring approach.

o Ensure compliance with protocol, ICH‐GCP, regulatory requirements, and

company SOPs.

o Perform source data review/verification and ensure documentation supports

clinical endpoints.

o Monitor site performance metrics and drive corrective actions with the Clinical

Trial Manager.

Participant Protection & Informed Consent:

o Verify informed consent is properly obtained and documented.

o Ensure ongoing compliance with updated consent forms and protocol

amendments.

o Confirm participant rights, safety, and confidentiality are maintained.

Autologous Gene Therapy Execution (COI/COC):

o Monitor adherence to chain‐of‐identity and chain‐of‐custody processes.

o Oversee compliance with apheresis/cell collection workflows and shipment

procedures.

o Ensure proper handling of temperature‐controlled and cryogenic shipments.

o Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain teams to align

collection and infusion schedules.

Investigational Product ' Materials Accountability:

o Ensure accurate accountability of investigational materials and ancillary

supplies.

o Verify storage conditions, temperature logs, and excursion management.

o Confirm documentation of product receipt, reconciliation, and

return/destruction where applicable.

Data Quality & Systems:

o Review EDC entries for completeness and accuracy.

o Resolve queries with sites and data management.

o Ensure timely and accurate safety reporting including SAEs.

Documentation & Inspection Readiness:

o Ensure investigator site files and trial master file documentation are complete

and inspection ready.

o Maintain accurate monitoring reports and follow‐up documentation.

o Support audit and regulatory inspection readiness activities.

Site Relationship Management & Training:

o Serve as the primary monitoring contact for assigned clinical sites.

o Provide training on protocol procedures, amendments, and operational

workflows.

o Build strong working relationships while maintaining compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

o Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related field

required. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

o 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO

environments.

o Experience with cell therapy, gene therapy, oncology, or rare disease trials

preferred.

o Experience coordinating complex clinical logistics or centralized

manufacturing models is a plus.

The right candidate will have:
