- Install heating/air conditioning/refrigeration systems and related equipment and/or components (e.g. unit heaters, pumps, safety controls, valves, etc.) with the purpose of ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment.
- Manage repair costs while minimizing inefficiencies.
- Achieve all first-time fixes, productivity, customer service and other performance goals in a consistent manner.
- Maintains tools, supplies and/or equipment (e.g. torches, cutters, drills, test equipment, filters, control components, fan blades, gaskets, seals, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items and equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Manage and maintain appropriate inventory ensuring availability of required parts and equipment on an ongoing basis.
- Repairs various items, systems and/or components (e.g., air conditioning systems, heating units such as: steam boilers, forced air, and hot air systems.) for the purpose of providing renovation and preventive maintenance of heating/air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items.
- Responds to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
- Transports various items (e.g. tools, equipment, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at job site.
- Must be able to work independently and have good customer communication skills.
Job Requirements:
- General knowledge of electrical wiring of Furnaces, Boilers and Air-Conditioning systems.
- Ability to fabricate miscellaneous sheet-metal transitions is a plus
- Ability to remove Domestic Hot Water Heaters, Furnaces, Coils, Condensers and Boilers with minimal damage.
- Ability to perform a complete installation of Domestic Hot Water Heaters, Furnaces, and Boilers.
- Knowledge of coils, condensers and mini-splits is a plus
- Ability to perform part replacement installations.
- Ability to install/repair gas piping, water piping, near boiler piping, including; sweating, brazing and pro-press.
- Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Licensed Journeyman Plumber is a plus

The supervisor develops, implements and maintains safe working practices for all employees. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the pre-op assessment of the patient, administration of anesthesia and the initial post op
recovery of the patient; may also provide pain management care and treatment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform a pre-op assessment of the patient to evaluate the risk to anesthesia and the procedure to
be performed.
2. Discusses the choice of anesthesia with the patient and explains the administration procedure.
3. Administers anesthesia in accordance with generally acceptable standards of medical practice.
4. Monitors the patient s condition throughout the procedure.
5. Works with the surgeon during the procedure and administers medications, as needed.
6. Accompanies the patient to the recovery room, reports the status of the patient to the recovery
room nurse and remains with the patient through the initial assessment to ascertain the stability of
the patient.
7. Is alert to sign and symptoms of respiratory and cardiac emergencies and responds appropriately.
8. As per individual privileges, provides pain management care and treatment.
9. Maintains current and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and
service provided to the patient.
10. Participates as a member of the medical staff and adheres to the medical staff By-Laws.
11. Participates as a member of a committee, as requested by the Medical Director.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. Currently licensed as a Physician in the State of New Jersey.
2. Meets the definition of a qualified specialist.
3. Meets all of the requirements for appointment/reappointment of the Medical Staff.
