Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple payroll-related projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget
• Partner with payroll, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into project plans
• Oversee projects involving HCM systems and PHP-based applications

Education

The Manufacturing Accountant / Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial activities related to manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate cost accounting, and supporting strategic business decisions. This role works closely with production, operations, and finance teams to manage inventory, analyze variances, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting functions for manufacturing operations, including cost accounting and inventory management.
• Prepare and analyze standard cost reports, identify cost variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on production costs, labor, and materials, ensuring accuracy in the accounting system.
• Reconcile inventory balances and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to review budgets and forecasts.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards.
• Provide management with key financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.

• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles.

Operations Administrator

Purpose of the Role

This position provides high level administrative support to the General Manager, Director of Operations, and Sales Management Team. More than administrative execution, this role helps create organization, clarity, and momentum across the division. Essential Functions

• Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Director of Operations, Directors of Client Relations, Client Coordinators, and Merchandisers.
• Coordinate divisional events and administrative responsibilities for the Los Angeles Division
• Maintain all division quality and safety surveys
• Create customer bid packets
• Coordinate employee appreciation luncheons and the annual company picnic
• Generate reports, memos, and letters
• Review and analyze incoming emails and reports to determine significance and distribute appropriately on behalf of the General Manager and Sales Management Team
• Perform general office duties and special projects in support of the Sales Management Team
• Order and maintain office supply inventory
• Order business cards for the Los Angeles Division
• Run reports using SAP
• Complete supplier questionnaires for sales representatives and obtain required merchandising documentation

The Real Estate Coordinator / Analyst provides operational, administrative, and analytical support to Windsor's Real Estate team. This role supports both the SVP of Real Estate and the Senior Manager of Real Estate in executing Windsor's real estate strategy, including new store development, relocations, renewals, and portfolio management.

The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects, maintain accurate records, and assist with deal tracking and reporting. The role works closely with internal teams including Finance, Legal, Construction, and Store Development, as well as external partners such as landlords, brokers, developers, and attorneys.

This role provides exposure to the full retail real estate lifecycle and offers the opportunity to develop expertise in commercial leasing, site evaluation, and retail portfolio management.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Real Estate team
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate calls, and track follow-ups for real estate projects
• Track and maintain the real estate pipeline including new store deals, relocations, renewals, and closures
• Assist with preparation and tracking of Letters of Intent (LOIs), deal summaries, and lease documentation

• Maintain and update internal real estate databases and portfolio tracking systems

Position Overview:

The Continuous Improvement Plant Director will lead high-impact operational improvement initiatives across manufacturing. • Support development of scalable, repeatable processes

• Measure and report savings in dollars, hours reduced, and risk mitigation
• Support ERP improvements, system integrations and implement visual management tools and structured shop floor controls
• Implement digital tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, digital checklists)
• Deliver hands-on Lean/CI training to operators, leads, and supervisors
• Lead Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and cross-functional improvement workshops
• Reinforce accountability and continuous improvement mindset at all levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement experience
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke, Visual Management) and Six Sigma (DMAIC, root cause analysis)
• Experience developing standard work, driving real improvements, measurable cost savings, cycle time reductions and shop floor digital tools
• Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Our Principal Embedded Real-Time Software Developer/Integrator is a technical position that works in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment to architect, design, implement, test, debug, and deploy Software for Firmware (FPGA) and Hardware solutions that meet current and next generation autonomous avionics systems’ needs. • You will create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance
• You will work in a team environment, receiving input from the team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members
• You will collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule

Responsibilities include reviewing budgeting advice, identifying useful money-saving ideas, and sharing your opinion on which strategies are most helpful.

No professional experience is required, but an interest in personal finance, saving money, or budgeting is helpful.

This is a remote opportunity and can be completed from home.
