Dynamic Rheumatology practice in Central Illinois is expanding and seeking an additional physician to join the practice.
Two Rheumatologists support this practice and three specially trained Rheumatology Advanced Nurse Practitioners.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
* Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. Role Summary:
The primary role of this position is to oversee the successful execution and fulfillment of our project commitments to our customers. Projects shipped on time, on budget and within specifications is your responsibility.
Rheo has built a team of highly competent and professional engineers and craftsmen to support our project managers throughout this process. Working with our internal resources and our client, you will manage the entire project lifecycle to deliver a solution that meets the design criteria, budget, and project timeline. Excellence in communication and organization is a key skill for success in this role.
Common Duties:
Pre-Sale Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design feasibility reviews for projects with Application Engineers, Design Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Create project proposals (cost estimation, timeline, and technical specifications) using Rheo ERP system and other software tools such as PowerPoint for new projects
- Coordinate and oversee feasibility testing and customer demonstrations on site
- Perform site visits upon approval of manager
- Attend client pre-sale meetings (primarily virtual meetings) and present project plan details
Post Sale Responsibilities (Active Projects):
- Conduct project kick-off meeting with client and key stakeholders
- Create and manage a detailed project plan including a timeline
- Assemble documentation for approval submittal packages and coordinate with customers, sales, and engineering teams for project approval
- Create project hand-off documents for Product Design Team and drive task completion
- Assemble project documentation packages
- Manage project scope changes.
- Host customers for Factory Acceptance Testing in our testing center: Coordinate and oversee project testing
- Manage project budgets and ensure project financial performance using Rheo ERP system
- Work with various internal resource teams to establish critical path commitments
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams and on schedule, budget, and other project updates
Post Shipment Responsibilities (after customer receives project):
- Schedule Site Acceptance Test
- Oversee Commissioning & Qualification and final sign-off

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $33.32per hour - $57.31per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
