Position: Industrial Engineer

Location: Warren, MI

• Anywhere up to 50-75% travel across plants in North America
• Will change week by week depending on priority of plants – will travel with team members

Duration: 8-month contract (through end of 2026 with high possibility of extension)

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer (manufacturing environment strongly preferred)
• Strong experience with plant floor layouts and industrial engineering methods
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (facility/line/layout updates)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Plusses:

• Experience working in automotive manufacturing environments and/or multi-site plant networks
• GMOS experience and familiarity with plant routing/time elements tools
• FlowPlanner experience

This role is heavily plant-facing and travel-intensive, focused on collecting and validating shop-floor data, documenting current-state processes/layouts, and translating findings into structured deliverables that enable end-to-end automation and operational optimization.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer - St. Clair, MI / Sidney, OH / Fremont, OH / Holmesville OH

Requirements of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer

• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems involving thermoforming, IR ovens, hot air ovens, polyurethane foam, molding, waterjet cutting and robotics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and contractors
• Knowledge of equipment safety systems and the use of those systems related to manufacturing equipment
• Understanding of electrical loads and sizing of components.
• Ability to use AutoCAD for design and layout work, 3D Cad preferred but not required.
• Ability to develop technical documentation and scope of work for plant infrastructure requirements and equipment installations
• Ability to communicate cross functionally with both plant and corporate teams

Responsibilities of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer

• Plant infrastructure preparation for new or relocated equipment.
• Plant facility improvement projects.
• Formalize detailed SOWs for contractor/ rigging quoting activities.
• Quote new equipment when required.
• Quote refurbishment of equipment.
• Complete scheduling from Equipment Vendors, Contractors, Program Managers.
• Cost tracking for each project against approved budget amounts.
• Conduct risk analysis for each project and complete appropriate documentation including contractor review and signoff.
• Use AutoCAD for layout and other design projects.
• Oversee and manage equipment installations with contractors and or plant personnel including timing and costs.
• Conduct Safety Training for all contractors or sub-contractors, completing JSA for each contractor discipline and other appropriate information required for the project. Ensure that Plant Safety Presentation is reviewed and all contractors sign in and out daily.
• Ensure LOTO/control of hazardous energy is adhered to by contractors for the specific equipment included in the project.
• Support the manufacturing sites with process troubleshooting and or improvements
• Assist locations with equipment issues.
• Assist with identifying spare parts for equipment.

• Conduct weekly job site visits to monitor safety compliance and safe work practices.
• Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly safety audits; identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Support Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and assist with task planning activities.
• Maintain safety program documentation, track training, and help manage OSHA logs.
• Participate in incident investigations and document findings.
• Deliver and track toolbox talks; assist with employee safety orientations.

• Support foremen and supervisors with safe job planning and hazard mitigation.

Nurse Practitioners see patients independently and collaborate with physicians, depending on the patient’s specific situation. Nurse Practitioners provide longitudinal care and build meaningful patient relationships; this creates trust and helps our patients understand and feel connected to their care plan.

Nurse Practitioners practice in our outpatient practices on a collaborative care team composed of a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, medical assistants, a dedicated medical scribe, and support from registered nurses and care managers. We partner with a network of elite specialists and hospitals for specialty and acute care. As such, our healthcare providers can focus on care within the clinic: primary care, care coordination, and population health.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provision of exceptional primary care.
• Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues.
• Administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments, which require a holistic view of health and a focus on thoughtful, accurate, and specific documentation.
• Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies.
• Population health leadership, in coordination with the Care Team (e.g., making sure all eligible females get their evidence-based breast cancer screening every 2 years)

Required Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate
• National certification in at least one of the following specialties:
  • Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
  • Adult Nurse Practitioner
  • Gerontological Nurse Practitioner
• Active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner license
• Active DEA license
• US Work Authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• Understands HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) documentation, ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases-10) Coding, and Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
