We are looking for a Customer Service Lead to guide our customer service team and help ensure seamless communication between customers, production, and internal departments. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a customer service team, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers regarding orders, production timelines, and delivery schedules.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000 + 15% Bonus
