Shifts Available:
2nd shift: 2:00pm - 11:30pm, Sunday - Friday
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead daily dispatch: Coordinate routes, assign drivers, and monitor the movement of freight to meet service windows and customer KPIs.
- Be the communication hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, the customer, and warehouse teams; provide timely updates on exceptions and ETAs.
- Manage material flow: Track inbound/outbound loads, reconcile discrepancies, and escalate risks to maintain onβtime performance.
- Ensure safety and compliance: Reinforce company policies and DOT/OSHA standards; address infractions and coach for improvement.
- Optimize resources: Build driver and equipment schedules; balance workloads to maximize productivity and control costs.
- Problemβsolve in real time: Triage service issues (breakdowns, delays, accessorials), initiate corrective actions, and document incidents accurately.
- Report and improve: Maintain precise operational records (manifests, logs, metrics) and contribute ideas to improve onβtime service, quality, and cost.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- 0β3+ years in dispatch, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution (transportation/route coordination experience a plus).
- Bachelorβs degree preferred (not required).
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problemβsolving, analytical, and attentionβtoβdetail skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastβpaced environment.

SCHEDULE:
- Day Shift hours start between 6:45am-7:00am and end between 5:25pm-5:40pm
- Night Shift hours start between 7:15pm-7:30pm and end between 5:55am-6:10am
- Shift schedule depends on location
- During training you work 5 shifts that are 8 hours a day for 1-2 weeks
- Once training is complete you work 4 shifts that are 10 hours a day each week
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Operate small industrial vehicles including but not limited to- stand up forklift, sit down forklift, vna (very narrow aisle) forklift, cherry picker, tugger, reach truck, small box truck, or pallet jack as needed
- Assist in the management and distribution of goods within BMWβs logistics system
- Move and transport parts and pallets from incoming trucks and stack them in assigned locations, including racks that are up to 30 ft. high
- Use a cherry picker forklift or reach truck to move and transport large items on warehouse shelves
- Responsible for scanning, picking, sequencing, inspecting, transporting and moving parts within the plant to ensure the production line has the correct parts in a timely manner
- Perform general warehouse duties as necessary
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Must be able to maintain a stationary position during a shift
- Must be able to position self to shift between upright and low stances
- Must be able to reach overhead as necessary to perform job functions
- Must be able to position self to maintain and operate machinery to perform job functions
- Must be able to move and transport to up to 50lbs unassisted
- Must be able to discern written and oral instructions and communication fluently in English
- Must be able to exchange accurate information written and orally fluently in English
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 6+ months forklift experience
- Experience using RFID inventory scanners
- Stockroom, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory experience is a plus
- Experience using SAP is a plus
- High school diploma or GED

Average pay: $900-$1,100 weekly
Home time: Daily
Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience
Overview- Have a predictable daily home time work schedule.
- Drive the same out-and-back dedicated route and work with the same customers every day.
- Haul automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer day cabs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
β’ To troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, installations, and perform unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on equipment based on customer demand and need. To provide complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner while working in a Team environment.
β’ Effectively analyzes problem situations pertaining to breakdowns of customer equipment and recommends action necessary to correct the situation to customer.
