Position Summary

In this role, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of lender-side foreclosure cases from the initial referral through post-sale completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage foreclosure files from opening through judgment, sale, and closeout
  • Prepare complaints, service packages, motions, notices, affidavits, and related pleadings
