  • Problemโ€‘solve in real time: Triage service issues (breakdowns, delays, accessorials), initiate corrective actions, and document incidents accurately.
  • Report and improve: Maintain precise operational records (manifests, logs, metrics) and contribute ideas to improve onโ€‘time service, quality, and cost.
