Perform minor procedures, including suturing, wound care, incision and drainage (I&D), splinting, and IV placement.
Interpret EKGs and X-rays with on-site equipment available.
Schedule: Up to 14 shifts per month, with a preference for those able to cover multiple consecutive shifts, including weekends.
Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM
- 8 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM
- 5 PM.
No overtime granted for this position.
EMR System: Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation and management.
Training on the EMR system will be provided after credentialing and onboarding.
Certification and Licensing: Must Be: Residency-trained and board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds.
Comfortable working with both adults and pediatric patients (6 months and older).
Certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Board (AOB) is required.
Practice Details: Practice Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care Patients Per Shift: 30-50 Support Staff: Collaborate with medical assistants, scribes, and radiology technicians.
No RN/LPN support staff provided.
