WHAT YOU'LL DO Obtain and maintain required Operator Authorizations– Demonstrate competency and maintain authorization to operate precision equipment according to company standards. Develop and validate CNC programs – Create, edit, and verify CNC programs while configuring complex fixturing for CNC and manual machines to meet production requirements. Configure machine parameters to specification – Set machine origins, work offsets, and tool lengths in accordance with technical specifications to ensure accurate production runs.  Responsibilities:

  • Assists participants with all aspects of personal care at the site, and in the community, as directed.  
  • Assists with meals at the site, including 1:1 feedings.  Follows all diet and fluid restrictions, and encourages diet compliance.  
  • Assists Nursing with specimen collections, oxygen and vital sign monitoring.  
  • Reports all medical complaints/changes (participant’s physical, cognitive and/or functional status) to the primary nurse.
  • Serves as an escort for medical, and other pertinent appointments as needed.
  • Performs all tasks as indicated on daily assignment.
  • Restocks supplies and monitors the cleanliness of exam rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and supply closets.  
  • Sanitizes tables, chairs, water cooler, exam tables, etc.
  • Assist with activities, special projects, and therapeutic 1:1.  
  • Performs vital signs and transfers participants safely.
  • Completes required trainings timely and attends monthly meetings and trainings as required.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures.
  • Maintains and attend CPR training as required.
  • Ability to pass a fit test. Position requires mask where seal is critical. Incumbent is required to not have facial hair that interferes with a tight seal of the respirator.

Essential Requirements
  • 3 years’ sales experience, preferably within the beauty or hair industry or B2B technology, including outside or field sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Evidence of independent working, lead generation, and networking skills in a territory-based role
  • Strong, confident phone presence without arrogance, able to build rapport with anyone in the organization
  • High level of activity across in-person meetings, phone, email, and social media
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate new software effortlessly
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM to book meetings and manage field activity
  • Ability and willingness to travel to meet customers and prospects

Position Overview


Divot Assets is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to expand our presence with K-12 school districts. The ideal candidate thrives on travel, excels at building long-term relationships, and has a proven ability to drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll engage with district Finance and IT leaders both virtually and on-site, uncover their challenges, and demonstrate how Divot Assets can make asset management more efficient, accurate, and cost-effective. This is an opportunity to represent industry-leading solutions while making a direct impact on public education.

Your primary goal will be to drive net new business while managing upsell opportunities within your territory. This includes entertaining prospects and customers, attending trade shows and conferences, and leading on-site sales visits. You will represent our entire product platform including software, services, and consulting. Responsibilities


· Travel & Representation: Travel in territory (up to 50%) to conduct on-site meetings, attend industry events, and represent Divot Assets at trade shows.

· Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers within the K-12 public school market using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools.

· Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with district leaders by hosting meetings, attending events, and representing Divot Assets at trade shows.

· Pipeline Development: Drive outbound and inbound opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and on-site visits.

· Opportunity Qualification: Understand each district’s challenges and goals to determine fit with our solutions.

· Quota Attainment: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through disciplined prospecting and relationship management.

· Forecasting & Reporting: Provide weekly activity and pipeline reports, ensuring accurate forecasts in Salesforce.


Qualifications & Experience


· 4+ years of B2B or public sector sales experience (K-12 market experience a plus).

· Proven success building long-term customer relationships and closing complex sales.

· Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and similar sales tools.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually.

· Ability to pass a background check; valid driver’s license required.

· BA/BS degree preferred.

Compensation Package


Total OTE $120,000 with no cap on commission.
